I ordered 10 buffalo chicken wings (appetizer). Mac & Cheese and baked beans. Everything was good. My son ordered the chicken nachos (appetizer). He said it was good, but there wasn’t enough chicken on them so a lot of chips were left on the plate. Waitress was cool. Overall—> good experience.

Called in an order at 6:00 pm Monday July 3rd and was told order would be ready in 20 min. After waiting 1 hr 15 min. I was told they are just now entering my order. Got a refund and left without any food. I’m a local resident but will no longer be going to rib crib and be sharing this experience with all my friends and relatives. I would give it no stars if I could.

Good food! Waitress did not check on us once however, despite having only three customers. When we tried to get her attention for drink refills, she would make eye contact with our table but would walk to the back and avoided us for the rest of our experience until it was time to pay. Was very rude from the get go.

We encountered vehicle issues and had to stop in the nearest town to get a hotel. Our only option was for food delivery. We had actually been to this particular Rib Crib and remembered it being fantastic. We were so disappointed when we got our food.
