I stopped by for lunch and when I walked in the hostess smiled at me but just stood there and stared at me. I proceeded to tell her it was just me and she sat me down. I was approached quickly by my waitress and brought my drink order. I ordered the 3 bone basket and a sweet tea. The ribs were grainy and the bones were legitimately disintegrating, the corn on the cob had no flavor whatsoever. The best part of the meal was the pickle and the Mac and cheese. My waitress only checked on me when she gave me my food and at the end when I asked for my ticket. Will never return. $20 for mediocre BBQ is a joke.

We ordered a smoked chicken plate with french fries, and coleslaw and a hamburger with fries. We were told they ran out of potatoes because they were too busy to make more. The restaurant was mostly empty. The smoked chicken was dry, which was disappointing because the other Rib Cribs that I have been to have had great smoked chicken. I was brought the wrong side with my meal as well. The service was slow despite the restaurant being almost empty. I could hear the waitresses talking in the front amongst themselves. We needed refills on our tea and had to get up before we were served.

it’s honestly just a personal preference seeing as i do not enjoy pork or beef very much, but i do not particularly enjoy ribcrib bbq. if the meat is made really well then i won’t have qualms, but ribcrib bbq just isn’t that good. ive had it as catering and at the restaurant, and i will say in restaurant it’s higher quality.

Our ribs were not nearly as good as the ones we had at the Rib Crib at the Shawnee location. My wife could not eat her’s but our server, Victoria was very pleasant and helpful. We will not return. $35 not well spent. Do not recommend.

Came in for a pickup order and there was a bag sitting on the counter. Told them my name and they said “Okay”, and proceeded to help multiple parties that kept coming in after me. Finally, 15 minutes later, they asked for my name again and surprise surprise, the bag still on the counter, now with cold food, was mine. Yay, cold brisket and fries, just what I wanted.
