We used to come here often. Upon arriving to pick up my called in order I saw no less than six people in the back/kitchen who made eye contact but it seemed they were debating on who was supposed to come out to see me at their front desk. It wasn’t until three people came in behind me that a gentleman came out. He acknowledged them then kindly helped with my order. My disappointment comes about as a result of the half full ‘large’ sides. Except for the smokey beans they were not large because they were not full. The place was not busy, there were employees milling around and I bet there was plenty of time to fill the order properly. I will certainly be more diligent when ordering in the future. Oh, and my order was sitting on the counter when I walked in and I was 5 minutes early on the given time. So my 20 to 25 minute order probably only took 10 minutes.

Food was ok, but the service we received was horrible. Not many people when we arrived and it got busier. We only saw a few servers and after our food was taken it was almost an hour and a half before we were checked on. We finally asked for our check and waited another 20 minutes. No hurry from staff to get food out and once you have it you are forgotten about. We sat by the kitchen and watched multiple people vaping in the kitchen while prepping food. This is completely disgusting and unacceptable/unsanitary. If anything is taken from this review for management to change would he DO NOT ALLOW EMPLOYEES TO VAPE WHILE PREPPING FOOD. We definitely won’t be back.

I had a three meat and two sides delivered. It arrived warm and was well packaged. Plenty of side sauce. The beans were very good. Mac and cheese was pretty good. Ribs tasted good. Red hots were good. Brisket was overdone and kind of dry. I’ll need to try some other bbq places to see how they compare.

Ordered “The Dirty Deed” and I felt like I got the dirty deed done to me. The whole plate was room temperature and the meats were tasteless and the BBQ sauce did not help it at all. I have been to many BBQ joints and this place failed miserably. Trust me and avoid this BBQ joint but go ahead if you like disappointment.

I am a doordasher and usually dash at night after work. I came in at about 9:30 and was immediately greeted and helped with great hospitality. As I was waiting for my dash I was offered mints and a free drink for the road. I didn’t get his name but I love the service here in general and it’s really refreshing since a lot of restaurants treat food delivery service people as an annoyance.

Ordered the 3 meat plate through uber eats so I won’t blame them for my food being cold when I got it, however, I can blame them for dry hot links and the ribs were less than stellar. The “toast” that came with it would have served better as croutons and for a side a 1/4 of a cob or corn is disappointing. First and last time eating here.

We tried this restaurant for the first time today. It wasn’t too bad. The food was good. The ribs were delicious and a must try! We had a lunch deal with chopped brisket and pulled pork, 2 kids meals and a a 3 piece meal with St. Louis ribs, smoked sausage and sliced brisket. The food is good, but it could have been better. The sauces for the meats were just ok. Ribs are the star here, hence; “Rib Crib” 🙂 We liked the kids meal, they came with little wax strings to keep the kids entertained and a dessert too. We also had a peach cobbler with ice cream. It was so good!!

There was no one at the hostess stand 2 servers passed us and never spoke. I was there as a single diner, someone else was there to pick up a is up a to go order and a couple were waiting to be seated. Eventually the host disappeared but not before the couple walked out saying they would find somewhere else to eat I was seated the server was lovely I ordered half a rack of woods French fries and baked beans the ribs were cold the baked beans were lukewarm the French fries were piping hot. So, I would say not the best dining experience And, just as a side note I don’t really like Saint Louis style ribs I prefer baby backs but, baby backs weren’t an option. I would not eat here again. And, yes the plate arrived smeared with sauce

Order a 2 meat dinner. And it was not only cold but dried out. The bread was just as hard as the brisket. I posted a picture of the plate on Amarillo Facebook Restaurant reviews. I called and talked to Chris and he wasn’t a bit concerned. Thankfully I ordered through DoorDash and was able to get a refund. This is the 2nd time my family received horrible food. Beware go inside to eat if you want descent food served!
