One of the hubby &!my favorite places to dine. For lunch I had the salad bar with lettuce spinach tomatoes cucumbers carrots beets etc & veggie soup with a twist – he a salad and a grilled pork chop entree with a sweet potato. This is a beautiful place inside & out. The hostess and Server was welcoming & efficient! This location is very short ways off the Ruin Creek Road Exit Henderson NC

If 3.5 was an option but since it isn’t…. Salad bar is typically good with a variety of veggies. Take your chances with food and service. There have been occasions food and service is what you would expect t of a steak house but last visit…. A friend ordered steak medium well and it was closer to rare than not. Also shrimp came out cold and they microwaved until they were rubbery.

I gave 4 stars because Tammy, my waitress was a delight. I ordered an appetizer, Bang Bang shrimp which came out at the same as my meal. You could tell the shrimp had been sitting for a bit because the they were warm and not hot. I ordered my 12 oz steak at medium but at best it was medium well. A little pink was there but I guess it can be difficult to cook a thin steak to perfection. I had a good taste and was tender. The island pie was pretty good as well. $65 for one.

Place was busy and they seated us immediately. Very friendly, attentive, and fast. The food was excellent!

You’re better off going to the butcher on a Raleigh Rd. Buying two big ribeyes for $35 then getting sweet potatoes and making them at the house. $50 for 2 8oz steak and 2 burnt sweet potatoes. Steak was super dry and not medium rare. Medium sure but man if I wanted to spend $50 bucks on 4 items to not even have a good meal then I’ll stick to just cooking it at home. Don’t call yourself ribeye and not make ribeyes and sweet potatoes correctly.

I am so glad we saw this place on our way past and decided to try it on our way home. I loved the barn feel. The steak was perfect and I didn’t even want to use A1 which is rare for me. The pork chops were great too! Sarah was a great waitress. Very helpful and friendly. She got us exactly what we needed. I would totally recommend this place and will stop in again if possible.

Not a good experience. The cooks were yelling and joking around louder than any kid in the place. The salad bar was poorly stocked and had food all over it. We waited for a while and when our meals came out the food was cold and had to be sent back. The server was nice and apologetic but it didn’t make up for the overall poor visit. Once the food came out the second time it was average. Could have had just a good a meal for less elsewhere.

Steak was good and it was cooked right. I also got chicken wings but had to wait forever on the sauce Ave the wings just not the best. Service the last we had she was great the guy that brought the food I asked him for the sauce and he never brought it. Sat in the bar area and the area was very chill and it seemed like a good place to eat.

This was our first time here and let me say we have found our new steakhouse. The food was SOOOOO good. We ordered the lighter options since it was lunch. I had the grilled chicken, which was flavorful and cooked to perfection (I am really weird about chicken if I am not cooking it).
