This is a $37 takeout order. I will say the food tastes great. The 2 slices of bread seemed petty and chincy. The younger lady I spoke with seems disinterested in customers. The lady who was a little older was very nice. 3.5 stars but I’ll give 4 as my options are limited.

Usually go to the Whitehouse location but they were closed this week so we went to the Bullard location. Very disappointed. The large rib plate I got was a joke. 3 of the smallest ribs I’ve ever seen. Definitely not a $19 rib plate. Maybe an 8.99 plate.

The brisket sandwich was pretty good, it was tender and juicy but being from south Louisiana I prefer my meat a bit more spicy. The waitstaff was friendly and eager to please.

This was the third time in 3 weeks every time was exceptional bbq ! The brisket was perfectly smoked moist and flavorful The ribs were very meaty, fall off the bone perfect. The sides were potato salad, coleslaw and beans were on point.

Friendly service, Excellent bbq! He took time to extra finely chop my sandwich because I had just been to the dentist! This is our ‘go-to’ place for ribs and the chopped beef sandwich. Love their sauce too. AA++

Wow, what a pleasant surprise! I am a very picky BBQ & potato salsaperson. I had the Danny’s Sandwich & potato salad. They were both wonderful. Not to much smoke on the meat & the sauce on the side, was perfect. My husband had the Loaded potato & it was huge. We took a pound of Ribs for tomorrow’s meal. Yum!

Pleasant, small eatery specializing in barbecue. We ate inside and observed many take out orders and we see why. Portions are generous and prices are fair. Best smoked turkey I have ever had. Fried okra super. Mashed potato salad very tasty but was expecting regular. Brisket didn’t have too much flavor without sauce. Pulled pork very good. Pinto beans need more salt and pepper and some bacon added. Barbecue boss was friendly and checked on us. Service was very good. Enjoyed our meal…will be back.

Lots of good reviews here so not sure what happened to our experience. We sat down, placed our order. 10 minutes later, the complete wrong order was brought to us. They whisked it away and the waitress attempted to correct it quickly. 10 minutes later a second attempt at our order was brought out. It was half missing at this point. Half of us ate. Half waited. 30 more minutes passed. At this point it appeared the issue was in the kitchen and not with our waitress, however we are unclear. At this point; a fight broke out inside amongst staff. Our original waitress was fired in front of our eyes. She left in tears. We witnessed someone hollering at everyone inside asking if all was okay. Clearly everyone on staff was flustered. At this point we’re dumbfounded. The owner comes outside and makes a quite sorry attempt to apologize. Really and truly confused is the best word for our state currently… as a small business owner, there are clearly gaping issues in the back. Maybe it’s with the owner. Maybe it was the waitress as he blamed it on her. Regardless, we will not be back, and had quite a poor lunch. I truly wish the best for this place going forward but an experience like this was frankly insane.
