First time trying this place. The rib tips were the toughest I ever ate. They were hard, tough and no seasoning on them at all. I got the sauce on the side. The sauce was good but the bbq is terrible. Do not waste your money.

I get the turkey tips they’re OKAY nothing to write home about but doable. My mom usually get the rib tips and is happy but this last time we went, she was given dry meat that look as if it was left and recooked from the day before. The meat was so dry she refuse to give it to the dogs, saying they were going to choke. Maybe that was a bad day because the lady forgot to give me my drink that came with my order and I wasn’t going back up there for a can pop.

The light skin cashier makes you feel like you are bothering her when you place your order. She don’t say can I help you , she just stare at you. She just hand you your order and don’t say thank you for patronizing us. You all need someone more welcoming to great your customers.

The customer service here is trash. As a customer, no matter our situation or urgency, we are expected to stand in the lobby and wait for someone to greet us. Very unprofessional! The lady was just sitting down talking when we arrived, no one greeted us or attempted to take our order. My fiance took the initiative to speak first and he was very rudely scolded and told that we would have to wait until THEY are ready to get up and take our order. Very rude and definitely would not recommend!!!

They have the worst of the worst attitudes I’m a critic on social media and rate people’s food. And no one greeted me so I politely say in my slim fat Albert voice with a smile ofc “hey, hey, hey! “ and the lady was very rude I never experienced that I wasn’t rushing or anything really wanted to try the food. But juss like the service I’m sure the food was terrible too. -3 out of 10.

A year ago the food and customer service was excellent. Don’t know what have happened. The past couple of months the food has been terrible and customer service very poor. I inform them that the last couples time we ordered the ribs and hit links were burnt and tough..we were told in a very nasty tone ” well you should have brought the food back” well shame on me tried to give them another chance spend almost $50 and the same results when I open the food at home. I called and asked to speak to someone in charge to report my displeasure was told no one in charge was there …I explained the how the food was not good tough and burnt, the person on the phone said sorry to here that and hung up on me. I will never give them my business again..don’t waste your money….bad food and bad customer service…if I could give a rating of below zero I would.
