Called at 1:50 to place a order to be delivered; not feeling good. The lady that answered was like they not doing delivery because the delivery person gets out at 2. i was just going to get fried rice which is already done. & eggs rolls plus i live just 5 mins away. I told her I live 5 mins away and rudely said “ we still are not going to deliver.” Delivery person gets out at 2pm i called at 1:50 wasn’t even her time to clock out.

They deserve 5 stars..been going to this little hole in the wall for years and I always get the sesame chicken, no broccoli and two egg rolls. You can tell it is a family owned franchise, the place is super clean, you can see back into the kitchen, and the food is always consistent in quality. Very good. thanks ladies and gentlemen at Ricebowl express for making my dinner for me 2-3 days a week at a great price. Always fresh, stove-cooked and an excellent alternative to fast food. 5 stars!

I’m really disappointed. I order teriyaki rice bowl and never got it with the sauce not cooked on it already :(. All I received was one container of teriyaki. I ended up taking my meat and veggies out n tried mixing it myself with my one sauce container and it’s not hitting the spot at all. :/ I’ll never order this again . Just want y’all to be aware before ordering the teriyaki. I’ll sit to the orange and seasame chicken next time. 🙁

Teriyaki Chicken tastes and looks like a high school/college level meal. Freezer section chicken strips, barely seasoned with salt and pepper and not enough sauce given on the side to make me want to finish the meal.
