Authentic and fresh flavors!!! Definitely almost missed the opportunity to experience this place because it is located INSIDE of the GAS STATION… lol I hope this comment helps those who have drove here and thought that it was the empty spot on the end… will definitely be eating here again

Definitely a great hole in the wall! With the whole establishment being in the back of a gas station, I was not expecting much in terms of service or even quality of food, but I was definitely wrong! The staff is quick with taking your order and prepared everything hot and fresh! The Naan bread is made the traditional way so it has a crispy perfectly charred crust and a flaky interior. Any of their curry options are by far the best as well, flavorful and rich in taste/color. Definitely recommend trying at least once! I bought from here almost 3 times in the last 3 weeks because their portions are lunch and dinner for me ⭐️⭐️

We ordered the mild style – Chicken Breyani and added Samosas. High quality foods. Food was ordered prior to pick up. Ready in 5 minutes. Hot and Fresh. Specify your desired spice levels, because food is made per order. Mild was still very very very slightly spicy, but not enough that I would consider it anything other than mild, I only mention because some persons prefer no “heat,” at all. The food was delicious. The staff was very helpful and attentive to the needs of customers both in store and over the phone.

I had read the reviews and had to try it out. Definitely meets all expectations. The food was amazing, loveeeeed the paneer. By far the best I’ve had in a long time. It is inside a gas station but their food is authentic. Lots of flavors. Will be going by more often for my paneer. We sampled a few things and we were very impressed.

Made with love! Delicious chicken tikka masala, somosa, and naan. It’s all made from scratch so give them a little time. It’s 100% worth the wait. Food is very well packed for takeout. Yes, it really is inside the Fuel Wise gas station. Go inside and veer left to the Taqueria/Hunt’s Pizza counter. This will be your new favorite Indian food place!

I read the reviews. I craved Indian food but was used to being disappointed. We travel full time in an RV our last home was Chicago which we were spoiled with amazing Indian food. Since leaving Chicago we’ve tried a few places in different states, but none compared.

Was skeptical due to location being in a gas station but the food was really good. I ordered the goat biryani, butter chicken, garlic Naan and very happy with good everything was. They earned my business and will be back.

I live nearby, and it took me quite a while to try Rice Bowl of India, most likely for my having a hard time wrapping my head around Indian food from a gas station. A friend and I finally gave it a try last night, and WOW! The food was amazing! We ordered a variety of dishes to split: butter chicken, saag paneer, bhindi masala, and chicken vindaloo. We also added some samosas and different varieties of naan. Every one of them was on-point and impressive. While Indian food can be expensive because it is labor intensive, Rice Bowl of India is quite reasonable, and the portion sizes are generous. You’ll have leftovers for tomorrow. You can order and pay online. Be sure to use Repas, which is their preferred online service. Some of the others tend to suck up too much of small businesses’ profits. Our food was ready in about 20 minutes, and the people I met were really nice. I highly recommend!

You can tell the food is made with passion and love. It is truly amazing. Don’t be fooled by the appearance either. This is high quality/amazingly delicious Indian cuisine! Do yourself some justice and give them a try!

By far the best Indian food I have ever had!!! We don’t have any near where we live so while in Baytown for the weekend we splurged. Generous portions and everything was so delicious.
