The foods good but the service is absolutely terrible. I was served by an old Asian woman and she was so rude for no reason. Some family put there cart by this business and she was like move it u can’t put it there but they were literally about to put there kid in the seat like what? And then the father was like oh I’m using it and she rolled her eyes and said something in a different language like how rude bro and then she turned to me and was like what do u want. If she doesn’t wanna deal with people she should stay in the back and then at the end she didn’t give us no utensils or sauces so my mom asked for some and she did it with an attitude and didn’t even give us the amount we asked for we ask for 2 chop sticks, not even a lot but she just gave us 1.

Delivery via Door Dash. Ordered small portions of orange chicken, BBQ pork, fried rice, 2 rangoons and 2 spring rolls. Everything was fresh and delicious. Small sizes are perfect for a dinner for one, or lunch or a snack for 2. Order bigger for the crew.

I ordered from DoorDash thinking it was going to be really tasty and I ordered the 2 combo plate, Spring rolls, and the egg drop soup. What a complete disaster. My food arrived cold, the soup was so disgusting I couldn’t eat it I had to throw it away and the spring rolls were cold at first bite. Seemed like they don’t care about quality or tastes at all they just threw everything together and called it Chinese food. I’ve had so many Chinese food and this is by far the worst I’ve ever had in my life and I’m sure Gordon Ramsay would’ve said the same thing and got this restaurant back in order. So I’m worried that might get food poisoning. Dont buy from them

I got food poisoning from here a couple days ago. I haven’t ate anything since. I suspect the chicken or crab rangoons were bad. It was the end of the day so I regret eating food from here because it wasn’t fresh.

If you are like me and longed for a Chinese restaurant like ones on the East Coast, then this place is for you. I have yet to find another Chinese, let alone Asian restaurant in the whole valley as good as here. I have no idea what the negative reviews are all about. I have been coming here for years and I always end up feeling the same way, sad… that my food is gone! The rice noodles are top notch. The so called creator of orange chicken, Panda Express, comes nowhere near to Rice Garden’s orange chicken. Although they charge extra for the BBQ pork, it is worth every penny; it is super fatty, delicious, and everything you could ask for and more. Ignore the haters and give this place your money.

There is such a huge language barrier and they need to work on that, respectfully. I called on three different occasions because I wanted to cater some food for an event and cannot communicate with anyone on the phone. I tried to get pricing and I tried to get serving sizes, but we could not seem to understand each other. Finally, I tried one last time and I asked if I could place an order online to which the lady began to fuss at me and all she said was, “no, no, no” and hung up the phone. When I called back they wouldn’t answer the phone anymore.
