I love Chinese food and it’s hard to find good delivered Chinese food. This is my first time trying Rice Kitchen. I got the pupu platter because I love appetizers, the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice and a spring roll, and a pepsi. What I loved is that the food was fresh, it arrived hot, it was on time, and the soda was cold. It was very tasty!

Ordered here again. I’ve got to say, this restaurant gets really busy especially on the weekends and from my experience working at a restaurant before, it’s really nerve wracking. But the food is great! You should definitely try out Chinese food here. Just have some patience for the workers. It seems they don’t have much staff.

The lady is just horrible and so freaking rude. I do Uber eats and trust me. I will never order from here. Their behavior is so bad. Pretty sure the food is just as bad. The order is never ready on time. They’re always loading yelling. please does not look clean. I don’t even know why people bother.

I’ve never had an issue with this place and their food is delicious! Their garlic chicken has the perfect amount of spice with some citrus notes, the vegetable lo mein is yummy and PACKED with veggies that have been cooked perfectly and their veggie spring rolls are crispy and a must have! The staff are always really nice wether I’m ordering over the phone or doing a walk-in order. I’ve lived in Owings Mills for 4 years and this place hasn’t let me down yet and I seriously doubt they ever will.

I do not recommend the sushi I got 2 orders of a regular California Roll paid about $11 to get 8 very poorly presented pieces it was definitely not fresh the outside was old and stale. The few pieces that actually have avocado in it were brown all in all just not the ideal places for sushi lovers and am very disappointed with rice kitchen.

Ordered the shrimp fried rice, shrimp egg rolls, and wontons. The egg rolls were great. The shrimp fried rice…… gross! The shrimp taste old. There is no way am I willing to risk getting food poisoning. Called Grub Hub and they will refund for the fried rice 3-5 business days.
