Been coming here for 14 years and I always dine in when I eat here. Here’s why. For starters they give you more, second hot and fresh, lastly if I don’t like it, I return it and have them make it again. Which l have only once had to return a dish, it had hardly any chicken, it was the Szechuan chicken. Their egg rolls are pretty greasy so I rarely order those. I only eat half plate at every visit and take the other half home. So you’re pretty much getting 2 portions for each plate when you dine in 😉 Only deducted 1 star because they are pretty high dollar compare to the Panda and their egg rolls are not the greatest.

We ordered the happy family plate with a side of fried rice and Hunan chicken with fried rice. Happy family looks to be a stirfry with brown sauce similar to Hunan sauce but slightly sweet and tangy. The plate comes with various proteins: imitation crab, shrimp, bed and chicken. The veggies were fresh and cooked just right with a little bit of crunch, not overdone & soft/wilted. The Hunan chicken was good too but the chicken tasted gamey, Hunan sauce and veggies were on point though. We came during lunchtime and our order came with chicken egg rolls, not sure if the dinner portion comes with egg rolls. Service is as good as it gets, the person taking our order was more preoccupied with his phone than us. Atmosphere was very family oriented, quite a few families with kids eating for lunch.

The owner takes @ 7:15pm over the phone, tells me to arrive in 10 minutes. I get to the restaurant 15 minutes after the call. Walk in and I’m told @ 7:35pm it’ll be 15-20 minutes longer because they are cleaning the kitchen. Obviously he doesn’t care about anyones time but his! I’ll update as soon as I try the food for the first time ever. So far not on a good foot! Not to mention him yelling/raising his voice with aggression towards the customers waiting for long period of time for their dinner. He obviously doesn’t see his actions are disrespectful. Hopefully the food will be better that my face to face experience!

I’ve been ordering from here for 3 years and most of the time it had been good but last 2 times I have ordered has not been good. Hot and soup soup arrived cold last 2 times and this time the color and taste was off. The crispy noodles that come with it have been oily and almost burnt. Crab Rangoon has been soggy and flat like it’s old. Also got a side of lo mein noodles that were absolutely stuck together like dry glue.

Grab Rangoon were EMPTY. Kids menu is completely lacking, and I made the mistake of having my kids split something from the regular menu, which was far too spicy. Orange chicken was great though! But there’s minimal information, and almost no real customization on the site. As someone who has a mild allergy to onions, there was no way to specify on the site. The Mongolian Beef was primarily Onions, Scallions, and Peppers; I should have expected that but, at most places, the ratio isn’t that bad. Much cheaper than adding a decent serving of beef, I suppose. Might be nit-picky, but delivery driver also just stopped in the middle of the road, instead of pulling off to the side, which is pretty inconsiderate (especially since our street is pretty busy). All in all, not the best experience.

I came here like 3 months ago for a first time and food was delicious, today… it was a disappointment, food was salty, and beef overcooked and chewy. And to pay $51 for 3 plates and a crab Rangoon order, I was expecting a little bit more.
