A traditional Korean restaurant with friendly service. The soy sauce crab is really good but a bit expensive.

This is a hole in the wall, no-nonsense type of Korean restaurant and they really perfected their craft. I consider myself a gejang specialist and I’ve been to the best of the best in Seoul, LA, New York and New Jersey, and I think this place is the best in the US! The crabs are from Korea (I asked the owner) and imported in. The marinade flavor is a perfect blend of herbs and brine and is not salty like other places. It’s really spectacular. The soup is really good too and starts off a little mild and bland but as it cooks down it becomes perfect. As for price (maybe I’m biased because everything is high priced in NYC) I thought this was well priced and reflective of the quality, craft and flavor, especially knowing the crabs are from Korea. I wish they had this place in the east coast.

The service is a bit slow but the food here is SO GOOD. I would definitely come back here just to eat the soy sauce marinated crab or the spicy crab stew. When I went my friend and I got the 2-3 person combo of “kimchi pancake + spicy raw crab + soy sauce marinated crab + spicy crab soup” and it was so much good. We barely finished it between the two of us. I think the price point is good for the amount you get and would definitely recommend it.

Came here and was shocked at how fresh the crab was!! They told us it was imported from Korea. It was heaven in my mouth. When we arrived it was at a weird time at 3 so there was no one but when it got super busy we still got excellent service. Will definitely come back thank you so much!

Clean establishment, Anthony Bourdain would approve using the bathroom as a strong indicator. The marinated crab is great! Lots of bright orange roe in their Korean crabs. The seafood pancake was good although pricy. Skip the seafood soup

The service here may not be the best but their soy marinated crabs are pretty darn good. When we arrived, there was no one to greet us and we had to wait a while before a server came out from the back. Once seated though, she was pretty attentive.

Soy marinated crab ⭐️⭐️⭐️: I’m personally not a big fan of crab let alone raw crab so docking a few stars. I can see people who are fans of seafood or raw seafood being big fans of this dish. To my knowledge there’s not many or no other places that serve something like this so overall bumping rating for that aspect

Solid eatery if you’re craving crabs, a good alternative to Master Ha. Better than Soban which compromised after their Gold’s 101 recognition. Rich Crab is tucked away in a small corner in the plaza but the inside is definitely spacious.

Omg! I think this was the best gejang I’ve ever had. So fresh and crab roe was very creamy and rich. Great service too. Highly recommend.

Tasting raw meat of crab with fish smell wasn’t that pleasant experience. I guess they were put out too early for customers. Overall, it’s not too bad. But nothing to rave about in my opinion.
