Food is good… when you can get it! Staff is generally friendly, but I’ve tried placing multiple phone orders (phone is never being answered), and have made multiple trips to the restaurant only to be told “we aren’t taking orders right now”.

Stopped for a quick lunch today. Had the Richie ribeye. Super delicious and maybe one if not the best steak and cheese I’ve had. No frills just a great samich.

Delicious. I almost lived off Joe’s in Philly (if you know, you know) and these are up there. Unfortunately I can’t give 5 stars. I almost didn’t give 4.. the problem is, it’s really inconsistent. Sometimes my bread is lightly toasted to provide that necessary crunch. Other times it is soaked in cheese. The American cheese is sometimes white, unless they’ve mistakenly given me provolone. They don’t have whiz half the time I try to get it, which is sinful for a Philly cheesesteak joint.

Order through Uber Eats, asked for sauces for onion rings got none the order of onion rings weren’t even and I think i messed up on ordering my ribeye sandwich but from the taste it was ok. Might try again if i go in person but wasn’t impressed.

A true Philly Cheese steak in Maine! I’ve had a cheese steak in Philly at the famous Jim’s Steaks and this was as good if not better. Nice little spot and from order to table was just a few minutes. Definitely will be back.

A wicked good cheese steak. Being a Bruins fan, I don’t mention the word Philly. Haven’t had one this good on a real long time. High quality meat, and fresh veggies. The grape soda was exceptional. Nice seeing your food cooked right in front of you. Get em before the summer crush.

Simply the best people, the best sandwiches, and the best environment. This place is amazing and I cannot read enough about those Philly cheesesteaks with whiz cheese

I love this place so much…it lives and breathes Philly. I went to college in the Illa, and I know some really good “Steaks” down there….the “Ritchie Ribeyes” would fly up the charts if they relocated back home. I ordered unconventionally (provolone cheese) and it seems like the cheese is on the sharper side, which I’ll love to the grave. I somehow saved the other half of my “Ribeye” (PMO) in the fridge and it’s all I can think about…so I decided to write about it.
