We Picked up a truck load of meat to take to Oregon and everyone of the employees were amazing. We don’t get that often anymore. That says a lot for the people that run this company. They have molded some great respectable, kind employees and I’m sure the company makes it feel like a family.

I’d give more stars if they would have taken me the day before and if they would have returned my phone inquiry. I had a 8 a.m. “appointment” this morning Sunday but so did another driver coming from the same place I came from. Appears that they start at 07:00. They took me before 8 and got me unloaded in 20 minutes. That’s like lightning fast for my experience. Be very careful and slow backing into the dock.

Great samples. Got an extra tri-tip after sampling the teriyaki seasoned meat. Usually get the garlic and wine but got both flavors since doing a tasting today. Too bad free sample Saturday is over.

Appointment time 6:00 a.m.. been here since yesterday. Been at the front gate before 6:00 a.m.. guard shack advise to check in. Nobody working at the guard shack. Since I’m the truck that’s in front of the gate and their company trucks can’t get in they finally took my paperwork to check me in. only to tell me to back away from the front gate and they will notify me when they’re ready. Seems like the reviews correct. They pull two trucks in front of me and many more. Unprofessional.

The staff here are great. You can park overnight and check in early to get a buzzer. I didn’t see any bathrooms, but I wasn’t exactly looking for any. From the time I hit the dock to the time I was released was about 40 minutes. It’s always quick here. Great place to deliver. The management here clearly has its fingers on the pulse and staffs the business with great people. A+ as a driver delivering here.

I absolutely love this place!!! I wish I could give them a 6 star review. Their workers show exceptional customer service, very polite and helpful. As for the quality of meat I don’t know about their other customers and their negative reviews I believe it’s one of the best in the city. People need to learn how to cook and season their food better instead of blaming it on the place that sells it to them. By the way Richwood also cooks and sells certain cuts of meat 6 star ratings from this customer. Keep up the amazing work Richwood and keep stalking up this ribs, tri tips and steaks.

Always courteous employees. Today tho the gentleman that helped us as well as checked us out from the moment we opened the hamburger freezer door had heard my friend n I talk about which one was the lean one and he spoke up giving us the run down on each variety. He was highly knowledgeable not only with the hamburger packs but with the steaks and the patties. That in itself is a plus seller to me. I unfortunately didn’t get his name but he did mention the fact that he’s been in the meat business since 5 years old . Growing up on a farm .etc. Great customer service skills! Thank you!!
