Absolutely outstanding. I have been in the restaurant industry for 20+ years so know good service and this is top notch. The girls at the host stand were welcoming and polite, the bartender made fabulous drinks and Dawson our server was a pure professional, from greeting us at the table to the little touches of opening the door for us on the way out. The food was also cooked to perfection. Bravo to the whole staff we will be back.

Excellent menu, a bit on the pricey side. However, if you are looking for exceptional service and food to match, you’ll be pleased with your decision to visit. My wife especially enjoyed the pork chop and accompaniments. I had the equivalent of an entire key lime pie in my one serving it was so large (and good).

Excellent bartenders. Great wait staff and the manager was amazing as he fixed an issue that was our mistake. Food is always great. The wet aged ribeye was very tasty

Nice staff, clean facilities, food needed improvement. Risotto undercooked. However, the scallops were perfect! Deviled eggs were yummy too!

This was in celebration of our 46th wedding anniversary. The food was beyond exceptional as was the service. Our filets were seasoned perfectly and I think all of the workers stopped by to check on us, including the manager. Bradley C was our primary server and we could not ask for better. He had a great personality and was attentive to our needs. He is truly an asset to Rick Erwin’s. Thanks to the staff for making our special day very memorable.

We are huge fans of the Greenville location and wanted to try the Clemson location. It was our anniversary so here we go. The service was great. I mean almost over the top. We had the porterhouse surf and turf for two. I would rate this as average which surprised me. The fried green tomatoes and she crab soup were really good as usual. They put us in the back room and the table was so close to the other I had maybe 6 inches to squeeze into my chair. The tables behind me and my wife were having normal conversation but it was like they were sitting with us.. :). To top it off, set up for the next day took place around us when we finally had our table to ourselves. I don’t mind paying the price for a great meal but this was a 3.5 experience.
