Little miss thang in the drive thru the other night had a real attitude problem. I ordered a #1 combo and she didn’t ask me what side I wanted so I got to the window and said I don’t remember if I told you what side. So when I was at the speaker she said $7 something on my order and then when I got to the window and told her my side I wanted she said it would be $10 something. I mean it was just she got snippy with me and I wasn’t being a Karen or anything and being unpleasant.

Great baked potatoes. Problem was I ordered the large dinner pork platter. My son ordered pulled a pork sandwich and his sandwich had much more meat. My wife ordered a loaded baked potato with chicken and it had more meat than the large chicken platter my friend ordered. The platter’s are more expensive but had very little meat.

Every single time we go here they get out order wrong! The food is great! But the people working can’t make this many mistakes every time we come by. We went through the drive thru and got home and got 2 wrong dinners cand no white sauce at all. Now we are home we aren’t going back. Please let your people who work there know to listen to people who order.

Ricks is always a winner for us. However, be ready to wait in drive-thru during these hours of 5-630pm, and I mean up to an hour, possibly. It’s so worth the wait, but my toddler doesn’t agree. Sweet Penelope would agree that maybe an order taker being present to pre-order through these times would assist in this area to move people through a bit quicker. Or what about a car hop. Designate a few parking spots and have a runner with orders to help in this matter. There are many ways to fix the wait time. I’m curious about if they do a time bonus on order timeliness? Hmmm, corporate suggestion. But we still love ya and will still come back and still wait for this awesome goodness of a meal.

server Madilyn was so rude and just shut the window on me and ignored me. when I opened my food my sandwich that was rang up plain like I asked had slaw and pickles on it. not to mention even if it was made correctly, it was cold and hard. I tried calling to get a refund and no one answered.

2/18/2023; 2:06pm; server – Ashlyn; mgr. Jeremy B.. Today was nasty. The fries were hard as rocks, you could not eat them, it wasn’t the same fries as it use to be, my dog wouldn’t eat them. I don’t know what’s happen, but it’s ruining the business. The bbq sandwiches were loaded with mayo, pouring out the side, it was really gross. Threw it away, and drove to McDonalds up the road. Wasted $20. Location: 4260 Flo. Blvd. by the Shoals Creek Bridge, boat landing. District mgr. should sneak up on this store.
