I miss pre-pandemic Rick’s. I really do not like that the only way to order is via QR code menu & ordering. The hostess seats you, but we didn’t see a waitress until we placed our order. We tried to order on each of our phones, for one tab, but the system wouldn’t allow it, so we passed one phone around to order that way. It’s also the only way to pay, as cash is not accepted. 18% gratuity is included on all bills/tabs. Our waitress was incredibly sweet & attentive once we ordered thru the system. The patio is dog friendly & she did bring a bowl of water out for my dog. A few other members of the staff also came out to say hello to Daisy. I miss some of the dishes they used to offer, it’s more “pub” food now. The view is the best part.

Although the food was good for lunchtime, lakeside dining, we found the ordering process by phone app somewhat confusing. The staff was helpful and friendly, the view of lake amazing, but the additional services fee of 18% before the tip was excessive. Overall we thought $70 was to much for 2 beers, a salad with chicken and a chicken salad wrap . While on vacation I prefer to sit down and have my order taken.

I was hesitant to go after all the reviews I read, but I’m on vacation, and it looked nice so we gave it a try. There is definitely a disconnect with the way the service works. I’m very comfortable with tech so their digital menu and payment platform was not a challenge. It just does not work when it comes to a dining experience. I go out to get good service. This was more like a fast food experience at a mid range restaurant. It was not bad, but for the prices I would much rather go somewhere else with more personal service.

Order system is terrible. Waitress did not know how to use it. Food good. Waitress and staff great. Drinks not so good. Here is full kettle one martini. $12.50.

First it has become a cashless restaurant- You must be computer literate to scan the menu, pay by CC and order for your self by your cell phone. The food is more like Pub style with Upscale Pricing

I was a little surprised by the ordering system they have here! You do not give your order to your server, it is ALL done electronically from your table. I prefer having more interaction with a server though., So ordering your drinks, appetizers, dinners, everything… is done on your phone at your table. The food and the drinks came out soooo fast, it was almost like they had it ready already it was that fast. BE AWARE THAT THEY DO NOT ACCEPT ANY CASH!!!! They have an ATM available in case you only had cash with you.

My friends and I were very happy with our time there. Jesse was our server and he was very attentive and nice, we enjoyed talking with him. We definitely loved the drinks and already talked about coming back soon. We would like to try the food next time.

Food is decent. Service is robotic, at best. Couldn’t get attention unless you ordered something on the app and it was just to drop off food. Zero check back. SKIP THIS PLACE and get you some real service.

Be aware. Self ordering with your phone. Not a very user-friendly system. Then you also get charged an 18% service fee! That fee is NOT the tip.
