We were traveling to Maine and we were desperate for some good food and found this on google maps. Not too far off the highway. When I tell you these damn burgers were fire… I mean . I even hoped to meet the owner to shake his hand for making such a wonderful low key banging spot. The food was made super fresh, the service was impeccable. I forgot their names, it was a young blonde girl and a young man. They were working at 3:00 pm on June 30th. Both of them were incredibly kind and let us know where the company name came from. RIP Rick you were a good boy! All in all highly recommended without a doubt. The fried pickles were outstanding as well.

Fries were dry and soggy. And this was after waiting for them! Truffle Ketchup… NOT. Just regular overpriced and a Non complimentary condiment. Many better places for something so simple.

A hidden gem tucked away in Bagg’s Square in Utica. The burgers are cooked perfectly with a crust that lends texture to a juicy burger, as advertised in the title. The crinkle fries are seasoned well and the Rick’s Sauce is good in small doses. (I would recommend getting the truffle mayo as a dipper.)

I’ve been wanting to try them for a while, and was absolutley not disappointed. The burgers were fantastic, down to the perfectly sliced tomato & perfect leaf of lettuce. I will say that they could be a little but bigger in relation to the price, but they are quality. Looking forward to trying other menu items. Tenders were fantastic as well. Rick’s Sauce is amazing… (when the staff remembers to include it )

Food is pretty good here. We got a chicken sandwich, sweet potato fries, a burger, and a few other appetizers to go. The fries alone were worth the drive – they were crispy and perfect (ate nearly all the fries on the drive home). The chicken sandwich was pretty good, though next time I’ll probably get it without the truffle oil Mayo on the sandwich (they had a couple sandwiches that featured truffle oil Mayo, I tried one for something different but didn’t like it). The burger was good too.

Their food was on point. I ordered chili cheese fries and a strawberry milkshake. The cheese fries were heavenly, and the strawberry milkshake was smooth and thick without being too chunky. The menu had a price range similar to Five Guys, but the food was so much better. If you’re thinking of getting Five Guys, get Rick’s Famous instead.

Milkshakes are amazing. Loved the Carmel brownie so thick and chocolatey with lots or chocolate morsels inside. Chili cheese fries and onion rings had good flavor and texture. Sauses were great loved Asian sesame. Loved the old school vibes. Burger and chicken sandwich were good wasn’t a big fan of the buns though. It tasted like a delicious burger in a McDonald’s quality bun.
