Pizza was really good. My kids love the Mac and cheese bites. I wasn’t feeling the chicken wings all that much; however, I understand that this isn’t a chicken wing spot and most if not all pizza place that have chicken wings have these same wings. Service was great. Overall, we are coming back in the near future.

If I could give them no stars I would the delivery driver took off with my elderly mother’s change and when I called the store asking about the money (yes I was a lil upset) the manager said that I wasn’t there and he believes his driver then went off to say that my mother was lieing and wouldn’t give me his bosses number this is unprofessional and rude of them

I grew up in Lodi, and Ricks was always an institution. It pains me to leave this review, but the pizza I just had was terrible. We ordered a large taco pizza with sour cream on the side. The entire large pizza had almost ZERO ground beef, there wasn’t even a piece of ground beef on most slices. I had to upload this because it was unbelievable. I circled the pieces of ground beef that were there, look for yourself. We called Ricks to ask if they made a mistake, and Mr Rick himself informed us that there was NOTHING WRONG WITH OUR PIZZA. We asked if we could bring the whole pizza back to show him the lack of meat. It is heart breaking to have to do this, but the pizza was absolutely not acceptable. And Rick was unwilling to work with us, insisting that the ground beef was actually there inside the cheese. Well Rick, look at the pictures, we used a spoon in the second image to dig into the cheese, and there is NO GROUND BEEF AT ALL! I had this same pizza (taco pizza) many times in my life and never had this issue. I feel like Rick doesn’t care about the quality anymore, and unfortunately Ricks will never again be a special treat when I visit family in Lodi. It appears he doesn’t have the quality standards anymore, but still charges a premium price.
