1st off, the food was delicious. Location is sketchy with food cart next to the big trash dumpster. Cook/casher was sweet and English was sub-par but that’s a good sign right? The food was pretty oily as you can see in the picture, letting drain a bit longer would have been better before serving. Despite this, food was really tasty and felt homemade. Price was alright. I’ll come back another time.

You will never be able to eat taco bell again after eating here. The food is all made from scratch & its truly amazing! Service was great & the order was thorough. I definitely recommend “Rico’s Tacos PDX” & will tell everyone about these guys!!
