Excellent Tri-tip from the grill, superlative onion rings, good potato salad. Free “Bread Bar” with multiple kinds of freshly baked breads. Friendly, upbeat wait staff delivered my food to the table. Large portions. What’s not to like?

I go here for the Red Smoke Grill part. They have the absolute best Tri-Tip sandwiches you will ever taste. Had the Tri-Tip and Blue today with a side Grilled Corn Salad. To die for. Great service as always too. Been trying to get them to open a spot here in Hayward so I could go more often. I’ll keep asking. Highly recommended this place if you haven’t already been there.

My last experience here was not great as far as customer service. The food is good and it doesn’t get very crowded at least not at lunch time. This place apparently merged with Rigatonis. The bbq is very good but I haven’t tried the pasta. I’m giving it a 3 due to poor customer service.

Ordered a sandwich with a side of coleslaw. Cannot believe I paid for a side that would be too small even for a kids meal. Daughter’s chicken strips tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Sandwich was satisfactory.

Oh my GOSH!! I still can’t get rid of the terrible after fast in my mouth! I order today’s special; asagio ravioli with white cream sauce. And after three bites, I started getting a weird taste in my mouth, like sour fish! I ordered it to go near closing time, so no chance of returning the food.

I ordered the chicken Alfredo today (during lunch )and the flavor was bland . The chicken tasted like it was boiled and they just added the sauce on top . Chicken needs to be flavored to taste good. The sauce was extremely running and not thick .

I cant be more disappointed with this restaurant since changing ownership. While this use to be an inviting place with a gracious owner, who was always present with a smile, you are now greeted with an uncaring staff. After the third time getting my order of a tritip sandwich with only bbq sauce wrong I sadly will never eat here again.
