I stopped by to get 3 orders of soup, I was asked to pull ahead as it would take some time. When the girl came with my bags she lifted one bag with 2 soups that were dripping very scorching hot soup…not only did it get all over my car but also my lap and my hand which was badly burned.. and while she did offer an apology, she followed it with ” It got on my shoe too!” I realize nothing can take away my pain. However I hope your shoe didn’t get severely burned like my hand and lap did. I didn’t expect the best customer service… as previous experiences have proven they lack in that department! So i wasnt expecting them to offer a refund….but at least offer to take my info and a cold compress. I’m sure she felt bad, she didnt pack the food… but I’m home sitting here in pain, no longer hungry watching my family eat!

My first visit here, immediately noticed the A/C works great. Secondly, the salsa bar, always a great option especially with the fried jalapeños. I usually go for green sauce, but I enjoyed their red sauce more so than the green. Avocado sauce was sampled, but I didn’t use any of it. Ordered the bacon breakfast burrito with fries instead of potatoes. It was good. Staff wasn’t warm and welcoming, but hey…you can’t have it all. This place is kinda in a funny intersection, I’d only stop by if I was coming down the hill from Mission Trails.

Order two California burritos a Large, Jamaica paid $33. Got home realize there was multiple hairs in both burritos. Immediately called the shop to inform them . At first they played stupid saying “I don’t understand”. They then asked us to bring the burritos back to give us our money. Went back to take the contaminated food didn’t apologize didn’t show any sympathy for their mess up. She proceeded to give me the refund however they gave us $29 dollars back rather then $33. When asked why she said they deducted the Jamaica from the total sum! They couldn’t even give us a free Jamaica for the inconvenience .. Penny pinchers, No wonder they only have two stars which by the way didn’t even realize it until I started putting the yelp review.

Had awful experience with their two beef tacos with literally a few shredds of beef and taco shells where stale. Rice has no flavor and hardly cooked thoroughly. beans are not bad.
