This is probably our favorite local place to order specialty burgers! Their onion rings, malt fries, and parmesian tots are great sides to compliment. The Dirty South Burger with Pimento Cheese, Bacon, and Fried Pickles is my absolute go-to. We just tried the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich on Texas Toast, which was tasty, but the bread was barely toasted and the bottom was a bit soggy. I suggest sticking to their burgers and wings. Service was pretty good, a lot of younger people working here which is fine. Plenty of space indoors, but also outdoor seating. Overall, highly recommend Rigsby’s. Also, check out their Downtown Spartanburg location.

Came in for burgers and beer – sat at the bar since no one else was there. The burgers were fabulous – they looked and tasted fantastic. The bartender that waited on us however was a total jerk, that’s the reason I’m only giving 3 stars. We came in around 9pm and knew the place closed at 10 but there were plenty of people in there eating. We chose the bar area because we figured it would be easier to get in and out faster – I do try to be considerate of posted closing times. The bartender was in the process of cleaning up his area though and I assume annoyed because we chose to sit there – that’s the way he was acting – or maybe he’s just always like that, no idea. There’s no excuse for treating customers the way we were treated though – if your posted hours are until 10pm then you’d better be prepared to serve customers up until that point or change your damn hours. I’ve worked in a ton of restaurants and yes – it sucks when you’ve been slow all night and get ahead on your sidework thinking you’ll get out early and then someone shows up at the last minute and screws your plan, but that’s not the customer’s fault and there’s no excuse for making one feel like they’re unwelcome, that’s just how the hospitality business goes – if you don’t like it, find another industry to work in. Anyway – not sure if we’ll ever go back because of the service – but the food was pretty good.

We have eaten here before and really enjoyed them. This time my wife had the smoked wings and cheerewine BBQ boneless wings and I had the dirty south burger. I loved my burger. It did seem a little smaller than Normal but was good. I love the fried pickles and pimento cheese. My wife did like her smoked wings with one exception. Not crispy enough. If they would drop them in the frier for 30sec to one minute to add an extra crisp. It would be awesome. Texture is king along with flavor

I ordered the Farmer’s Breakfast Bowl and home fries during Sunday Brunch. It was absolutely awful. It didn’t even look appetizing. The waitress said it’s because I didn’t get cheese on it, but I’m not buying it. Three large eggs scrambled with bacon, sausage, mushrooms, onions, peppers, and tomatoes shouldn’t look like this (see photo). The home fries were burned and cold. I sent it back and came home and ate pizza.

6/25 I came in today for a meal, and with it I asked for extra crispy fries no salt, again it took 2 tries, first time they came out with salt, not extra crispy. The server went to the kitchen to have them corrected and I made sure to say EXTRA EXTRA crispy no salt, so they come out the second time no salt, STILL not extra crispy. Food is expensive and its frustrating to keep sending food back to be corrected. I pay $40+ for a meal to be disappointed. The fries were incredibly soggy and oily.

I went there with my son today. We both ordered sweet tea and when we received it, we noticed it appeared thick and dark. I took a sip and it was pure sugar. I believe they had not diluted yet with water. Not a big deal, it can happen. The waitress was nice and brought out new drinks. I ordered the wing combo and this is where it was bad. The fries were burned and actually cold when I received. The boneless wings had so much salt/seasoning that I could barely eat them. The traditional wings were actually undercooked. I didn’t say anything to the waitress because I don’t return food when eating out. The picture of my plate is what I left on the table. A waste of 19 bucks and I left still hungry. We live locally but not sure I will be returning.

My family and I ate there this afternoon and we all loved it. We had the brisket tacos, chips and cheese & salsa, and 5 piece wings for appetizers. I got the bacon cheddar burger and fries, my husband got the pit master burger and fries, my son got the chicken and waffles, my youngest son got the kids hotdog, and my daughter got the Belgian waffle. The food was delicious except for the tacos, they tasted weird. Staff was friendly and fast when getting us refills and other stuff

Ordered the shrimp basket after being told to avoid the Philly by the waiteess. It didn’t come with the coleslaw or in a basket, but the shrimp were cooked well and I enjoyed them. The French Fries were not very good, and after the fact, a local told me “oh no… Don’t order the fries from Rigsby’s… They are terrible ”
