Love the food I get from Rikshaw, especially the shrimp fried rice, egg foo-young and the egg rolls. Haven’t tried all of their food but what I order tastes very good. The people are nice. My only issues are the location, not the most comfortable environment, next door to a party store where mad dudes hang around. The other issue, probably the biggest is that they’re rarely open when they are scheduled to open. It’s frustrating because I don’t live in the area but when I’m near by and want to go to the Rikshaw house they are rarely open. I’ve had to find another restaurant.

Service was slow took longer than the 15 minutes quoted. Friendly. Food was okay liked the fried rice better then Lou Mein Noodles. Not the original Chinese Flare expected. If service was faster I would consider trying something else on the menu. Call in orders seem to be effective but no menu to take home or in bag. Lou Mein came with white rice would have preferred more fried it taste better.

The customer service was good. The egg foo young patties was good the egg drop soup wasn’t so good. There’s a lot of mold in the ceiling but all in all better than the Chinese place down the street from them.

This place have the best chicken fried rice I’ve ever had and everything else I’ve had so far has been pretty great. Their only downfall is, they say 10 minutes for call in orders but they really mean like 40 mins! Other than that I would’ve gave 5

Best Chinese food on the west side! Never fails always good food and service. Looks like a hole in the wall but usually those are the best spots. Highly recommend them to try and they’re cheap! $6 lunch specials and dinners are only $8 can’t beat food food for a decent price.
