What a gem! This place is a part of Hillel, so from outside it looks like a beautiful residential house, but inside there’s a restaurant/cafe with delicious food, we had LoMein with beef, with fried chicken and grilled chicken, was really good!

A great stop off the interstate when driving through located in the historic Tulane University area. A nice variety of kosher options in a small cafeteria setting. Takes a few minutes to navigate through the historic section, but parking was fine. Thankful for a place that encourages Jewish students to keep kosher.

We had a bit of a drive-by experience; just a 2-day stay in the Big Easy and not much of a chance to sample the kosher food scene. To top it off, I was recovering from a cold and my wife was too exhausted from the trip to go out to eat. Rimon looked like the best option for a take-out dinner, and what a great option it was!! The “farm-to-table” food was exactly as promised, and if it suffered from the 15 minute ride back to the French Quarter, we didn’t notice. Her Turks&Cados (with the crispy beef bacon, of course!) was as good as gone before I could figure out where I put our plastic cutlery, and my Rebecca (with salmon for protein) was perfect — the Brussels sprouts were tender, flavorful, not-at-all sour, the pasta was still somehow a perfect al-dente, and the salmon flaked without being dry — results that only come with great ingredients & chefs that know what to do with them. The staff was pleasant to each other, friendly to the customers, and highly competent — Julia made certain she got our order over the phone exactly right, despite a bad connection (my phone) and a lot of busy restaurant noise on her end. I hope we come back soon!!

The lady working there is absolute disaster. I have tried to order food once from there and I will never happen again. She was so rude that I lost my appetite for that day. I will never enter there again just because of their bad service with clients.
