Born and raised in New York. I’ve been out here 20 years. I can’t tell you how disappointing it is to hear a good place Claiming New York…only to be let down. Came in for the first time(on recommendation) and thought it was the real deal. The inside atmosphere really took me home. Once again, I was let down. We don’t leave a review unless I have something positive to say. If I am not happy, I will not go out of my way, I just won’t return to the establishment. The bread heavily resembled bread from Safeway or something. Definitely wasn’t a hero?? Hardly any meat. And ZERO CONDIMENTS!! Completely dry, even tho, the employee mentioned it would come with. From first bite, the sandwich completely came apart and fell everywhere.(pics attached) good meat, just not enough.

New York style deli. I had a small sandwich on a kaiser roll with macaroni salad, a cookie, and a drink. I really enjoyed my sandwich and I could tell that the bread they used was very fresh.

This is the best deli in the area. I come here often for my lunch break to enjoy a freshly made to order sandwich. Prices are totally fair for the sandwich and service you get. Quick and friendly, this is an amazing example of what a true deli is. Makes me feel like I’m back in Philly. Keep it up!

I’m a Lifestyle Director for an HOA condo community in Desert Ridge. I hoast all parties for the community. Today, I hosted a football party. Rinaldi’s catered the lunch with sandwiches, potato salad, and a Greek salad. The residents loved the food! The owner took real good care of me, he kept in constant contact with me to make sure everything was made how I needed it. We also used them to cater for a team meeting. Such a great little spot. We will definitely use them again!

Rinaldi’s is a go to local spot for us. We love going for pork roll, egg and cheese sandwiches early in the morning. The service is fast and friendly and the sandwich is great. A generous portion of pork roll, freshly cooked egg, melty cheese and toasted bun…it’s “chef’s kiss.” We’ll be back, and whenever our friends and family visit from NY/NJ, we’ll bring them too.

I ordered a veggie sub. Bread was dry and soft. No condiments come on the sandwich so I had to ask; even after he put the Italian dressing it was so dry. This sub doesn’t come with cheese so I basically paid over $13 for mediocre bread and a handful of veggies. Staff was nice but he cleaned the floor with this potent chemical and made me nauseous.
