Rincon…freakin tarasco!! What can I say? I was a little intimidated by the menu because everything sounded so authentic and you don’t find that at many Mexican restaurants here in kc! EVERYTHING I’ve had from here has been amazing. Me and my boyfriend live in raytown close by and can always agree on eating here. We always order take out and never had any issues with our orders. They are usually fast and everything is hot and fresh! They Hook. It. Up. With the portions..I’m always full and satisfied. I’m a super picky eater and I can happily say I’ve ordered a new dish every time! They have so many great dishes its hard to pick the same thing every time. Rincon tarasco has definitely become my favorite Mexican restaurant!

I ordered the Birria tacos over the phone and was right down the street, so I arrived pretty quick no one greeted me I told someone I was there to pick up my call in order and sat at the bar another person unaware just stared at me for about 7 minutes then offered a menu I told here what I was there for I was not offer any water while I waited or anything. The Birria tacos are small for all the money they charge. I spent $43.56 for 9 tacos . They were kind of bland and lacking flavor, but not the worst I have had. I would not buy them agian

I came in for a to go order. Came in a good mood. Dancing to the music and ready to support. Anyhow I asked the bartender for a margarita! He never asked what size. Just rang me up for your highest margarita. The Jumbo one. I asked about it in nicest tone & demeanor and the bartender and owner were dismissive. She told me that most people get that size. After further conversation. I asked the owner was I wrong for speaking on it. She didn’t say anything and just laughed and proceeded to talk to another customer. I am literally the nicest person ever. I even tipped on a to go order when most people don’t . It didn’t feel good to be treated this way. I will be making a Facebook post as well. Wish I could give them zero stars. It’s so crazy how someone can make a mistake and treat you like you don’t matter

We used to LOVE it here and came in at least once a month. The last few times I came here I was sad. I still love the servers the ladies are very sweet. One lady in particular is very good with my son. I wish I could remember her name (the younger one.) I hate to give this place a bad review because like I said we used to love it. The last 3 times we went though there were problems. The rice is different not sure what is up with the refried beans either.

Way too expensive for the food. Our margaritas were flavored water, our chips and salsa were great, but chips were more like crumbs and never refilled. Had to wave in a 747 to get any service… I’ve never put in a restaurant review in my life…that should say enough

First time trying this restaurant and we ordered it to go. Spent $10 on cheese dip and bean dip. Cheese dip is so thin it’s like milk and has zero flavor. Bean dip is so gritty that It’s inedible. Also ordered fajitas and they did not give me tortillas. Waste of $45. Meat had a decent flavor, but definitely not a place I will try again!

$60 bill for 2 entrees, 1 appetizer and 2 sodas. Cheese dip was the best part. The rest was overcooked. Don’t get the shrimp. Mushy and overcooked.

Great pictures on FB piqued my curiosity and decided to make the +45 minute drive to give it a try. Very pleased with the authenticity and flavor of the food, delicious and fantabulous!!!! Our server was so kind, the cantarito was the best I’ve had since my visits to Mexico!! Highly recommend!
