It’s a must visit in Fresno if you like acai… I’ve tried several acqis at other places this one gots a really nice consistency. They also serve ice coffee’s and poke bowls. They remodeled and it looks wonderful too

My first time here. At first, I thought service was a bit slow but I think it simply had to do with arriving right at opening with a crush of others. Background music set a peaceful tone and was not loud. Food was excellent. We had Rio Bowls. I’ll go back to this local business for sure.

I don’t have a photo but this was my first time have an acai bowl and it was good. I ordered the Rio without coconut shavings. I really love the atmosphere, they offer outside seating. And the customer service was great. I will be returning.

Honestly, lately it’s just been awful service by Rio, the staff just doesn’t seem to care. Yes, on occasion they tend to care for other customers but whenever I show up with my family it’s always the same. I ask to eat here and they send us to go orders, I ask for protein and they literally poor the dry protein on top of the Acai Bowl. It’s supposed to be mixed in already, I’ve asked about this before and have been told it is supposed to be mixed yet they just throw it over the bowl. Now the big bummer, the scoops looks to be about a teaspoon full of protein yet charge .50 for this as an up charge. Obviously it’s just .50 but to pay that for a low quality protein powder and only do about 1/8 of an actual serving size and make people who may not know feel like it’s worth it is kinda ridiculous. This whole experience has just felt very prejudicial

My girlfriend and I love this place!!! It may be a bit high in price so, definitely sign up for the rewards and get a free Rio bowl on occasion. No matter what this place and their employees do exceptional. It is always fresh, and they take the time to make it look appealing. Friendly staff and cleanliness is always on point inside the place.
