Absolutely fantastic! We were seated right away. The salsa tasted fresh and delicious. Our food was brought to us very quickly and it was DELICIOUS! We ordered the grilled steak burrito (front of pic) and the grilled chicken taco salad (back of pic). We were surprised that the price of dinner for 2 was under $35. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to try a new Mexican restaurant. We can’t wait to go back!

We have come here for several years but last night will be the last. We each ordered the grilled chicken quesadilla which the tortilla shell was so tough you could barely cut it with your fork. The chicken (which was skimpy amongst the cheese inside) was very dry and bland. If I had something to measure, I believe they served it with a half teaspoon of sour cream. We paid $20 for an electronic patron discount card from the football team clearly stating Rio was a participant for buy one entree get one free and they refused to honor it!!! When we asked to speak to the manager she came out, said “That’s what the owner said” and walked away! The margaritas are the only good thing left about this place. Double thumbs down. Never again.

We have eaten here several times. The seafood nachos are addicting. The fajita salad is presented nicely in a fried tortills, salsa is fresh tasting. I also really enjoy their house margarita. We have also had their enchiladas and the quesadillas – very good.

My family and I eat here so often we have come to know some of those that work there very well. The food is very good – at times, on some dishes, the chicken can be bland/dry. The service is always great. They can and do get very busy, with many waiting for a table at the hostess stand. The wait usually isn’t that bad even when they are extremely busy. The atmosphere is fine. Just when it gets busy, you may score a table near the hostess stand, which isn’t the best place to be. Their margaritas are awesome!

My fiancé and I ate dinner here tonight and had a digital coupon code for $10 off. We were told that they did not accept the coupon unless it was printed out but there was nothing on the coupon instructing this. It wasn’t a barcode, just a series of numbers. It was very unreasonable that they could not use the coupon and don’t advertise that it needs to be printed. This felt like extremely poor customer service as they were not willing to help us out at all. We mentioned we could email the coupon or somehow use it without printing and received a hard “no” as an answer. Very frustrated by this service.

I ate at this restaurant and I think it was very nice a couple years ago. Now the food isn’t that good anymore, the service was good and fast. A-couple years ago the food was good and not cheaply made. Kinda disappointing.

I had fajita nachos. They were loaded and were really good. The chicken surprised me being tender and spicy. This visit would have been 5 stars but considering previous visits of dry tasteless grilled chicken I gave it a 4 star. Hopefully they can repeat the chicken on my next visit and I will give a 5 star rating
