This place is a must visit and we we are glad we found it. We went back 2 more times during our trip. The seafood is fresh. The crabs are amazing and the fried fish was so good and not oily. The large and jumbo crabs and snow crabs were cooked perfectly. They are busy but still are able to provide good service. Staff was very helpful with our questions.

Good clams, great fries, the fried oysters were disappointing, overly salty, but I only tried them once. 3 stars for now, I need to sample more items on the menu. That’ll be fun!

We got a half bushel of crabs from here. They were really great except 12 were a bit mealy on the inside and we couldn’t eat them. I called a couple of days later and they were great about fixing the situation. They gave us 12 crabs to make up for the ones we couldn’t eat and they were delicious too. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a great place to get seafood, rippons is the place you want to go. Attached to the 7-11, you would not think you would find awesome seafood in a place like this, bit you would be wrong! Never disappointed when I have ordered food from Rippons. This past visit I ordered the seafood platter, a large piece of fish, lump crab cake, fried shrimp with fries and coleslaw.
