We’ve been to so many BBQ restaurants all over Texas during the past nearly 30 years I couldn’t list them all. We love BBQ and make it a point to stop every time we can. THIS IS THE REAL DEAL. The smoke ring on the sliced beef was beautiful and the meat was absolutely delicious! Definitely did not want to share my banana pudding. We’ll be making trips back to try the rest of the menu. Prices are surprisingly reasonable. Worth finding!

LOVED this place!! The ribs and chopped beef were outstanding! Potato salad, banana pudding and cobbler made from scratch (everything is!) and delicious! We don’t live close by, but will happily be making the trip to eat here again! The owners were so kind and friendly!!! Can’t wait to come back!

Had a chopped bbq sandwich! It was great! Bun was toasted, bbq delicious! Prices are also great! A pound of brisket is 1/2 the cost of brisket in the Austin/Waco area.

The Brisket can’t be beat! We buy 1-2 pounds a few times a month! You gotta try the sausage, too! Ask for the Red Pit burrito…. you WON’T be dissapointed! Great flavor! So good you don’t need any sauce!

I’ve been here twice in one week and let just say I may go back today lol it’s hard to find great barbecue in Texas due to there being so many places. Tasty!! Banana pudding was awesome ! Brisket nachos I just asked for cheese and brisket it tastes good! You can tate the cheese and the smokiness from the brisket.the bbq sauce is tangy and sweet
