The girls on the line are super chatty non attentive, literally told them i need the same toppings on both a thick & thin, & proceeded to keep asking me if i wanted the same toppings each time, also i had asked for mushrooms & this girl with the glasses gave me a whole two handfuls & i asked for less on the next one because that was overkill! Then she (glasses) was trying to rush my pizza into the oven without my sauce drizzle. I asked for well done & they gave me undercooked cheese, that it comes off the slice as i pick it, this isnt well done by a landslide, its called serving proportions, i would know because ive worked a line before, save yourself some time & go to mod pizza, pieology, heck even &pizza, atleast they care to some extent about who walks in. Btw the guy at the register was eyeing the card pad for a tip the whole time, way to really make the customer comfortable

The pizza was good, but I’m still giving 1 ⭐️. Two pizzas of this small size with two cups was $42. Woah Nelly. Waaay too much $. The restaurant was a disaster. The trash can was so full people were leaving trash on top. Tables and floors didn’t look cleaned for a week. Go elsewhere.

My wife and I LOVED this place prior to the shutdown. We would come here probably twice a month. Taste was always consistent which is hard to come by. Called Friday to be told they would be opening Sunday (today) from 11 – 6. Got there around 1120 to locked doors. Ended up hanging around the foodcourt until doors opened at 12. We ended up purchasing 4 pizzas, one each there, one each later for dinner or tomorrow’s lunch. We noticed the pizza was relatively smaller than usual. For around $10 each, first letdown. Second letdown, all 4 pizza crusts were burnt. Third and final letdown, the taste. The pizzas were extremely bland. Looking at the attached photo of my wife’s food, I’m sure you can get the idea. We will not be returning.

Nice clean place. Accommodating staff. Quick good pizza. At 11 dollars a personal pizza, dinner for 3 is pretty expensive. You order your toppings at the front of the line and see the chefs place your toppings. They put the pizza in the oven and you have your pizza in a few minutes. The thin crusts allow for a very quick cook time. The pizza is very good. The Pepsi soda machines are not nearly as expansive as their Coke counterparts. Would stop by if we were already at the outlets. Doubt we would make a trip specifically to stop at Rise.

This place is a must!! Especially if you’re traveling how it was in my case. Took a road trip from New Jersey and landed in Mayland. This pizza restaurant is located in their outlet mall, how it works you get the option to build your own pizza or pick their pizzas that they have on their menu hands-down best pizza and meatballs ever!!! Customer service is super friendly!

Atmosphere was very kool. The people working we’re nice, friendly, and helpful. The soda machine was awesome, Pepsi products with flavors the you can add. As for food I got the “LA Showcase” (I think that’s what it was called) it was good but messy and not worth the money. Speaking of money it was quite expensive, for a personal pizza and a large drink was close to $15. Overall I think that I would eat here again but I wouldn’t get that pizza type again.

Very delicious food. The makr custom pizza pies with a variety of toppings. The food was well made and the restaurant was very clean. The staff was polite as well. I recommend testing this place as it compares to the subway for pizzas! Overpriced gluten free crusts tho

The taste of the food is different since the pandemic started. My pizza had no flavor and 2 little pizzas cost me 40 dollars!!! I ordered thick crust with extra cheese, pepperoni, mushrooms and olives. I was so disappointed in the taste that I didn’t eat mine, nor did my husband.

This is a similar idea to pizza &. You get to create your own pizza or pick a already composed recipe for your pizza. I got the la style pizza and the lady behind the counter kindly switched the way it would be baked to suit my taste. My husband got the Hawaii pizza following thier recipe and loved it. The place is normally bussy with a long wait time so I suggest going on a off time like me and my husband ending up doing.
