We had a VERY last minute catering order and no other restaurant in the area was willing to help. I contacted Sean at Rising Roll and he not only stepped up to help, but the food was amazing and he somehow scrambled and got us our order prepared and delivered in our very small window of time. And all the while, he was friendly, communicative and never once acted the least bit frustrated with me throughout the process.

I am not really one to leave reviews but I just had to for this restaurant. I ordered breakfast catering for a high level meeting at my law firm. I had never ordered from Rising Roll (Buckhead) but chose them because I was tired of the restaurants I usually cater from. Rising Roll out did this breakfast. The potato hash was AMAZING. Perfectly seasoned and filled with peppers, onions, and garlic. The eggs perfectly scrambled, not burnt nor runny. The cinnamon rolls were TO DIE FOR and the fruit was ripe and juicy. The bacon cooked to perfection as well. Not to mention the pricing was very fair and the delivery man did all the set-up. I will definitely be ordering from here again!

I would just like to express my displeasure with the service I received today at your store. I would normally not write, but this is not the first time this has happened at this location. I have noticed that whenever one of the male managers is not present nothing gets done. Today when I went at 11:40 to place an order for a wrap there was one person in front of me waiting. I wait for about ten minutes for the wrap while I watched other people receive the food (wraps included) before I got mine. When a manager is not present all the girls do is talk with each other and not pay any attention to the customer. The only reason I have continued to use this location is because of convenience, however that is no longer enough of a reason to eat at Rising Roll.

I came upon Rising Roll – Buckhead about 2-years ago when I was searching for a place that catered breakfast and lunch nearby my work location. To this day, I continue to use them even though there is a closer location as I have always been satisfied with their outstanding service and the delicious food they serve. My co-workers rave over their potato and pasta salad and of course, those yummy cookies.

Food is great, but this location is really slow and disorganized. Employees are interacting with each other while screwing up orders. This location should take some lessons from the downtown location, which is very well run. Don’t bother with location unless you have time to waste.
