Try the CRAB CAKE! ❤️Soooo good!! I have tried food in so many restaurants but this chicken sausage and shrimp gumbo was delicious! The Crab Patty was soooo good, it was nicely battered, crispy and the crab tasted so fresh. I would recommend the crab cake!!

Wonderful place! Was passing through and I wanted a good place to eat. So glad we stopped here. Food was delicious and the staff was so friendly! I had the patty melt and onion rings. One of the best patty melts I’ve had. It was seasoned so good. The onion rings are nice and thick with a great crust. Next time I’m in the area I plan to stop again and try other dishes.

OMG, OMG!! The food was awesome, the waitstaff was a delight to talk to, prices were good. I had chicken and sausage gumbo, and my husband had shrimp and okra gumbo,Both were Fantastic . Took bread pudding to go….the meals came with potato salad and cornbread Another OMG… the potato salad reminded me of my mom’s. The cornbread was light, fluffy ,and must have been from heaven. Y’all need to find this place, it has only been around for 30 years. Everything was homemade.

Man o man, what a fantastic find. I had the #Clint Burger ( not sure who Clint is) this was one very outstanding cheese burger. Homemade and seasoned to perfection. If I knew the Cajun word for awesome I’d certainly use it on the seafood gumbo, yummy. #seafoodumbo #RitaMae’sKitchen is a pleasure to visit. Rita’s homespun energy, service and delicious food are and absolute delight to this Floridian. Don’t forget to check the daily specials board.Cute lil place with multiple rooms for seating. I was very excited to try this place after see the reviews but was very underwhelmed! Shrimp poboy was ok with barely any shrimp, and the roast beef was a little better just again, not a lot of meat. They were out of onion rings, and I just left unsatisfied!
