My wife and I were seated quickly when we walked in. They let us use a bigger party table since the smaller tables and bar were unavailable at the time, plus with her being pregnant, they didn’t want to let us wait. Food was out promptly after ordering. I got the ground beef gringo double tortilla taco, and my wife got the fish taco. These were superb! Some of the best tacos we have ever had. Super clean atmosphere, friendly staff and great music playing. Glad we chose to come here and will certainly be coming back.

The margs here are great, especially during happy hour when they are a dollar off. I was extremely disappointed by the tacos though, legit barely any meat/filling, I feel like the filming from two of my tacos could have fit in one shell lol

Rita’s is one of our absolute must go to in Breckenridge. The service is phenomenal and Christian, the bartender, is an absolute treat to be around. If you are interested in tequila and mezcal I would strongly recommend sitting at the bar as the bartenders are knowledgeable in the origin and flavor profiles of all their liquors they serve. The food although not authentic Mexican, is delicious and locally sourced giving a wonderful spin on Mexican cuisine. We stop here at least twice every time we are in town for the best margarita around!

We ate outside on their patio which was tucked in between the adjacent building with great view of main street. The margaritas were excellent, especially the spicy one. We tried four different tacos and all were excellent. Our server was great and helped us pick our tacos and provided great recommendations. They have a huge selection of tequilla and mezcal, which we didn’t try, but we learned a lot about it from the party next to us and the server helped them out a huge amount in trying different things.

Customer service was great but the food is ok. If you’re drunk I’m sure it tastes great then. The protein fillings are minimal & the tortillas were a bit cold. I’d rather travel to Mexico to see my mom or grandma & eat their delicious authentic Mexican food. Also took forever for them to add toilet paper to the women’s restroom.
