food is normally awesome, today I ordered, but since there is no option for just a pepperoni calzone you have to choose something else and deselect the junk you don’t want. Wound up with a meatball and pepperoni calzone, because the menu doesn’t give you an option to remove it.

Rita’s isnt your average house of pizza. With consistency in food and staffing, as well as timeliness and impressive efficiency, Rita’s is always a great place to get tasty food in a rush. If you like to eat inside they offer cozy indoor seating, with a cool but never chilly temperature. There is an array of drinks on display in a cooler, as well as to-go desserts. If you stop in, don’t forget to try the loaded Greek fries!

Unorganized children work here. The food use to be good. They cannot handle a complaint even tho they’re right there seeing it. When the “manager” was brought fourth for his mistakes he asked what my problem was! Wow. Then the teenage girls continued to yell insults after I was outside. Too bad. This place use to be good. They desperately needed the advice I was giving since I spent 10 years as an actual manager at a much larger, busier HOP. But like all teens, they argued. And the food I stood there waiting for was burnt anyway. No one wanted it, and no one ate it. Total waste and loss of customers since my entire family and many friends lives in this area.

My husband called and placed a Togo order for the both of us. Him a hamburger and myself a hand breaded chicken basket. We haven’t had Rita’s in a while but that was always my favorite menu on the item. When he called and ordered the person on the other end confirmed back to him our order. He drove to pick it up, came home to find it was regular frozen chicken tenders. We called them back only to be told they no longer carry this item. They had our phone number, and my husband came to the establishment to pick it up and was never told. They would not have received my money for this chicken basket, I would have changed my order entirely. Really disappointed with this. No offer for refund or anything.

I ordered a large Meatball Pizza to be delivered. They said I needed to add something to my order in order for it to be delivered,so I ordered an extra piece of Baklava. Then when the pizza arrived the meatballs were so finely diced up and sparsely on the pizza that you could barely taste the Meatball. I don’t like to leave bad reviews generally but I’ll be trying a different pizza place next time. On a positive note,The rest of the pizza tasted good and the service was decent.

While the actual shop is a bit cramped this review is more for their catering services, as the just catered my late season wedding. The steak tips were amazing and the rest of the food was great, the staff were very professional, and they even accommodated a single guest who has food restrictions! 9/10 will be sending other customers their way!
