Traveling through and spotted this place. We used to have one in BG years ago. Our food was good. The icecream was good. Could use some cleaning and updating. And some of the staff could be trained to know what they are selling better.

Very nastalgic, home-made ice cream place. Their grilled chicken wasn’t really grilled, it was boiled to cook and then just thrown on the grill for aesthetics. The fried chicken sandwich was better. The lettuce on the sandwiches was fresh. The floors were sticky and carpets need a good vacuum and shampooing. The staff were very, very friendly. They give a Jr size ice cream in the children’s meals. Their ice cream tastes good. They make real chocolate milkshakes by using chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce but they will make either upon request.

I love ritzy’s. I always have a pleasant experience; yesterday I did not. I couldn’t eat half my burger because it was undercooked (pink) and I found a long blonde hair in my fries. This however does not change my opinion on ritzy’s. I love ritzy’s and I understand situations like that happen in fast food. It just wasn’t my day to have ritzy’s apparently. On a positive note, the ice cream is amazing! The cotton candy was delicious 🙂
