Went on a Friday night for a private party in a reserved area. Had about 50 + people. The setting is very nice, Decore was very nice, and the bartenders were fine. On a summer Friday night at 10:30p we took up 98% of the bar. Not many others. The biggest issue is about management. We bring 50+ people and 2 of them didn’t have id. They refused to let them in, and they were forced to uber back to the hotel on their own. I get it there are regulations however we had a private section and thought it could have been handled better. I would give them 1 star but everything else was fine. We didn’t order food. just drinks. I would also add big thumbs down for not offering any NA beers like Athletic Brewing or Guiness Zero. That should be a standard.

We had lunch at Rivalry. It was steps away from the entrance to our hotel–Hampton Inn. So convenient. Our server was friendly and the food was delivered promptly. My husband loves a Caprese salad and this one did not disappointment. We enjoyed our chat with the manager–super nice guy.

I love this place! It’s a shame the other bartender reviews are dragging down their ratings. If the problem was just the bartender, that should be addressed with the bartender and then the manager if you can’t work it out. Employees will come and go, I hate to see one or two bad hires ruin the business. Reviews should be based on all categories. If the food is good, the atmosphere is good, the servers, hosts, and managers are good, then the entire business does not deserve a 1 star review, that is unnecessary. It makes the poster feel good for 5 minutes and makes the business suffer indefinitely. They are a new business and still figuring out their way, maybe show a little grace, or even better, have a serious, constructive talk with the manager. I dare the folks who wrote bad reviews to take them down, and contact the restaurant directly and try to help

We were seated quickly. Our server was a little slow, but nice. We did receive the wrong check initially. The food was OK. The beet salad was good, but the crispy chicken on it was super dry. The GOAT chicken sandwich was dry and lacked flavor. They had a good drink selection. Seems like a good spot to watch sports as there are lots of TVs, but I think there are better options nearby. Overall OK.

I recently dined at Rivalry. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was friendly and inviting. The staff was incredible, service was top-notch. The menu offered a wide range of options, and everything we ordered was delicious. The cocktails were so good. The ambiance was just right. I have worked in the service industry for over 10 years, and I have never had an experience as bad as I did when I came in the other night. My girlfriends and I decided to stop in for a drink,. When we sat at the bar I watched as the bartender with the really dark borderline blackfishing spray tan and tattoos, (Jasmine?, Yasmine?) ignored my group of girl friends and I, and she served all the men at the bar chatting instead.after 10 minutes or so my friend got her attention and put out order in. My friends drink came out tasting like a flamethrower, once again, it took the bartender a long time to acknowledge me trying to wave her down to make a new one. When my friend asked her to remake it she actually said “well i made it right the first time not so sure if it will be any better the second time” I understand days get hard on the job but the unnecessary attitude doesn’t make you any more tips.We closed out the tab after that and she OVERCHARGED us for drinks we did not order, mind you we only had two rounds of drinks and it was still almost $70 on the bill. I doubt this place will last long the staff seems miserable. I always tip well and am kind to my servers, but that girl needs to go back to a job where she doesnt have to work with people.

I tried to like this place. I’ve been in 3 times and every experience was similar. The servers/bartenders didn’t acknowledge me. When they did it felt like they were begrudgingly doing me a favor. This third time I came for just a quick beer. Paid for a pint and was given a very small plastic cup.
