Great little spot, cute atmosphere with friendly and attentive staff. The value of the menu’s prices was surprisingly good for the area. The flavor of the food wasn’t anything to write home about, but we still enjoyed it and want to come back to try some other dishes! The coffee and desert was delicious and our favorite part though!

The food was bland for my taste. The descriptions sound excellent, but when the food arrived it was tastless. I ordered the flat bread cuz who doesn’t like a flatbread pizza? It arrived and was a slice of loaf bread with cheese and fish on it. It was supposed to have capers but there were about 3 on it. It was dry as all get out. The other things I ordered were edible but bland. The service was slow and our server seemed only interested with standing at the bar and talking. Otherwise, it is a beautiful space.

This is a great place for a meal. It’s a popular “neighborhood joint” so I would recommend reservations. My friends and I met there for lunch on a Saturday. We had a great waitress (Kathy) who treated us really well. I don’t really drink much, but my friends had cocktails they enjoyed. For lunch, I ordered the tagliatelle with sausage and cheese. It was so delicious. Their portion sizes tend to be on the large side, so I doggie bagged half of it for my meal the next day!! My friends ordered the shrimp and grits and they cleared their plates. We were thoroughly pleased with our food and I intend to visit again and invite other friends to join me.

My husband and I enjoyed our first time at River Bend. It has eclectic food options, and the wine list has a good selection of non-standard wines. If you don’t like chives, you probably want to ask about garnishes. They popped up where I wasn’t expecting them based on the menu description.

Went here for the first time with my mother and sister in-law after flee market shopping. Our server, Amber, brought relief to our day with wonderful service and a great atmosphere. The food was really good. We tried to be healthy with what we ordered which they have plenty of options for, but we saw some French fries come out and … OMG these thin cut fries looked amazing. We ordered a side of fries. We ordered a side of fries 3 times! BEST FRENCH FRIES EVER!
