If your food is cold or wrong, they will charge full price. My girlfriends’ food was ice cold. Our waitress didn’t check on us once we got our food and I had to ask Kaitlyn (who was incredibly) to assist. She helped get the new burger out. The place is cute and on the beach, but main service wasn’t good and they charge for bad food. I wouldn’t recommend and don’t plan to return.

I had low expectations when we sat down and I realized they were affiliated with Nacho Hippo. We all got burgers and it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten. My son got the kids version – it was the same size as the adult. Fries were also really good and perfectly seasoned. A few minutes before our food arrived, I commented to my husband they didn’t ask how I wanted my burger cooked and I got a little nervous and he confirmed they didn’t ask him either. Not to worry, it was cooked well, but still juicy and flavorful! I can’t wait to come back to surfside to get another burger.

Five of us visited for a lunch celebration for early high school graduation! We sat outside on the deck, and the atmosphere and view were fantastic. Our server was incredible, and not once did our drink glasses near the empty mark. We all chose a different burger or sandwich, and all were excellent. We also ordered hot Buffalo wings and deep-fried mushrooms, both excellent as well. Additionally the coleslaw had rasins in it. Wich I love. Everything came with plenty of blue cheese or ranch for dipping. A must visit on any day and especially a beautiful January day. The Surfside pier is under construction.

We’ve been there a number of times and had the House, Texas BBQ, and Fried Mac and Cheese cheeseburgers. The first two were good, but the MacNCheese was dissappointing. The mac was deep fried in a patty but kept falling out of the bun. Wouldn’t get that one again. The RCC salad was big enough we split that and a burger one time. View is great and the staff took good care of us.

Food was great. Server was a little off but it was still good. It will be better when they get the pier finished and the ice cream shop open to the south of there. Ocean view is nice yet windy today. Fried Zuchinni, grouper meal with sweet potato fries, and clam chowder were all perfect. Thought I would not like slaw with raisins but it was a nice surprise.

Maybe a bit beach-grungy-looking with a VERY welcoming atmosphere. Went at 8pm on Wed, had 1/2 hr. wait. Hostess is a gem…sweet, friendly & very welcoming. Our server was Brittany & by far, provided THE best service we’ve ever had anywhere, & it seemed natural, not forced. The onion rings were okay. The burgers were great!! Better than we imagined, even with all the good reviews. Bacon cheeseburger, mac & cheese burgers & the OMG burger. Will definitely be back next time we come to Surfside!!

I’d love to rate this place higher. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was one of the best I’ve ever been too. Great view, right on the beach with a breeze. I’m very picky about my burgers and these were perfect, sweet potato fries were crunch on the outside without being burnt (exact how the should be). However, the service was awful. So very slow and forgot a bunch of stuff we ordered. Then when we ordered more drinks, forgot those too.
