As an Otis Orchard resident, we have eaten many, many pizzas from River City and have never been disappointed! They have so many combinations to choose from and completely load it up with toppings. Some of my personal faves include the Philly Cheese, John’s Special, and Mac & Cheese pizzas. We have also tried the wings with every sauce (think “sweet and sour” for garlic chili) as well as the peach dessert calzone. Love to treat ourselves every once in a while at this place – totally worth the price!

I have ordered their pizza several times and love the taste – so much! However, that does not make up for the repeated order mistakes and bland attitude of the staff. Yesterday I ordered cinnamon sticks with extra frosting. The order came without frosting at all so I called to let someone know. The person on the phone said she’d hand it off to her manager and, with the handset down but still on, says “this guy wants to complain about missing sauce.” Then the manager tells me he will note my account so it doesn’t happen again. This is the second time it’s happened! I’ve had other orders with strange cuts or a half/half that was actually more like a quarter and 3/4ths. Not sure what I expected, but there is no quality control at all!

Under done pizza. Limp pizza. We could not eat it. Literally raw dough. So disappointed- really hoping for a great pizza spot in the valley. The customer service while I ordered was great- very friendly. We will not be returning.

We always have good service and quality food any time we order from here. The only issue we’ve run into is that they don’t know the difference between kalamata olives and green olives. It definitely changes the flavor on a Greek pizza or salad!

We just ate the best pizza that we’ve had in years! It was cooked perfectly & tasted even better than it looked. River City Pizza Otis Orchards is hands down the BEST pizza in Spokane County and one of the best pizza’s that I’ve had anywhere (including New York City, Naples & Rome Italy) Thank you very much.
