Always a good idea to visit River of Beer. The food is great, they have an excellent selection of beers, and the staff is friendly. The real star of the show is their outdoor river side dining setup. It is truly lovely. Their restaurant is also beautiful and very clean, but I’m counting down to the outside dining days.

One of the best outdoor dining restaurants in the area. They have a beautiful river side outdoor dining area, with an additional tent to sit under during the warmer months. They also have a fire pit with communal seating that is open year round. Owner and staff are very friendly, and they are dog friendly outside. Food is always good, and they have a decent sized tap list as well

Excellent music, good beer, hummus made in house, huge outdoor seating with live music, trivia, and bingo throughout the week! Right by the water, dog friendly, and they were very sweet to the pup. Absolutely will recommend and come back!

Came here on Trivia game night and they had outdoor seating which was a plus right away. The beer list was pretty good as I had two different kinds of stouts. Wings were really good, I would recommend the dry rub for flavor. I had the butternut spaghetti which was good and my girl had a burger which she enjoyed. Overall everything was good and I would definitely recommend a night here if in the area.

A hidden gem In the middle of Bloomingdale, NJ. Fantastic tasting food and friendly service. The Gobblers appetizer should be illegal it was so good. Fred’s Dip and the Jersey burger were just as good. All well prepared food with great flavor. The garlic Parmesan fries were absolutely crazy good! This restaurant/bar is right across from the post office and can be easily missed. A very nice outdoor dining area. Highly recommend for there great tasting food and service.

Wow. This place did not disappoint! Beer was amazing. We had the black bean balls, French onion soup, and hummus platter. All was delicious and atmosphere and service were both excellent…would highly recommend!

Was super excited for this – came around 4:30 … left at 5:15 after not a single server greeted us or took our order. Hostess said someone would be right us but nobody ever stopped over. Food looked good, but didn’t get a chance to try it.
