Dining in Friday night, the restaurant was about half filled. On arrival, we approached the hostess stand where two ladies were watching something on one of their phones. We stood there for a moment, waiting to be recognized at which point we felt like a burden more than a guest.

Our group of 6 were very excited about going to this restaurant that opened since our last visit to Westgate RR. Our reservation was at 5:15 and we were seated right away…it goes downhill quickly from there. No one spoke to us for about 15 min when finally a drink order was taken…I had to be difficult and ordered and old fashioned. After 20 min I had to approach the bar to find my drink that hadn’t been made it finally arrived another 10 min later and it was awful and absolutely incorrect. We were never checked on once by anyone nor told how long it would be for food. We didn’t get our first meal to the table until 6:30 and it was only for one person, and it was cold. All other plates arrived at different times either overcooked, cold, lacking flavor and still no one came to check on us for anything. I will say the only bright spot was my salmon was cooked to the way I asked and was hot. We asked for a bill …nothing was brought. Finally one our people from our group asked for a manager to which we finally spoke to and let her know of our issues to which she quickly said we will comp the whole dinner as long you pay for your drinks. Now none of us wanted a free meal….we wanted a great experience but when we told her of the issues nothing was addressed nor seemed important. Few points to consider…one if you are going to charge over $30 for most meal options and $16 for Old Fashion …one don’t have a restaurant in a noisy check in area of a hotel without some kind of barrier in between, if you are serving a beer in a place of this price level don’t serve a canned beer without offering a proper glass, if you are known for your steaks, maybe have a steak knife available. I have absolutely no problem spending hundreds of dollars for a great meal and experience but it should have at least checked all the boxes to which this place at the time didn’t. I hope they are able to find a new path to make this place the fine dining experience we were expecting.

The “Ranch Hand” & “Florida Orange Sour” cocktails are AMAZING! Obsessed with the crispy deviled eggs — I didn’t know you could do that with eggs!! I wish I was here another night so we could eat here again! 10/10 recommend, can’t wait to come back.

Our bartender Raul was amazing, but the food which was out of his control, was not delicious. I brought my partner here to celebrate her birthday. We ordered a Ribeye “medium” and it came out “well done” and unseasoned. Raul reordered it for us and it came out medium rare with no seasoning at all, again. Not worth the money. Raul pored amazing shots though! And we still left him a tip!

Our entire dining experience “twice” was awful. This restaurant is lacking every single aspect of hospitality and customer service. 0/10 recommend. If you’re staying at WRR, bring your own food and cook or grill out as this restaurant will leave you will completely unsatisfied.

Unfortunately the service was unacceptable! No one waiting to be seated (4 occupied tables) but the hostess said it would be about 5 min for a table to be cleaned (113pm). Roughly 20 min later we were seated only to be ignored by a server another 10min.(She kept going to the tables around us with no acknowledgement if we were going to be helped). A second server came over (assume there were only 2) and we ordered drinks and food at once. (Drinks took another 5min). Finally at 215 received food which was good therefore 2 stars.

My family and I just vacationed at Westgate River Ranch and didn’t have many choices in restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised when we were greeted by all the friendly hostesses each day. We had excellent service especially Tachella and Samantha who constantly asked us how they could assist in making our meal more enjoyable. We had multiple dishes in our party of 10 and all of them were exceptional with the exception of the fillet. It was phenomenal. We appreciated the great service and the outstanding staff members.

First issue we had was our reservation was lost. I confirmed my reservation the morning of our reservation when I received the confirmation text from Open Table. Thankfully I did screenshot my confirmation because the hostess didn’t have it anywhere on her end.
