Im not from the area and when I seen the restaurant I stop in getting myself excited and hoping they would have morcilla. Which they did I ordered My first order was morcilla then the empanadas and Alcapurria and got myself a malta to drink. When I got in the car and opened my bag looking forward on eating my morcilla there was nothing in the bag now mind you that was my first order and I told her I wanted three of them she never got them she got the empanadas and the rest of the items I went back into the restaurant asked for my morcilla told her she never gave it to me she made a face and said oh yeah 3 right that’s what you want she responded I said yes then she was charging me I gave her my card she says it’s less than $5 I cannot take the card I was just at this point you should give them to me for free because that was my first order and I told you twice and you never gave them to me she thought about it for a second and she said no it was not my fault she forgot or got distracted it really annoyed me at the very least I should have gotten a discount never go again if she’s attending and serving the food I was the only customer in the restaurant at that time buying food so it wasn’t that she was distracted by other customers other than that the rest of the food and taste it okay good.

Ordered food through Door Dash. The food tasted horrible. The pork I ordered was more fat than pork. The alcapuria was bland and tasted weird. The only decent thing was the empanada. Will never, ever, order from this place again!

Pork with yellow rice and beans was amazing. Definitely get the pork skin when asked. Meat was tender and the skin was crisp and fatty in all the right ways. First time and will be back soon.

I ordered pernil with mangú and I got the hardest pernil that was dry, cold & the mangú tasted nasty. It’s crazy because this place was really good before. I threw my food away couldn’t even eat it because it was nasty waste of money

The food is not all that! The mofongos are good but I’m convinced it’s because it’s freshly made.. but everytime I go there I get a different price for the platter I get & mind you I get the same thing everytime! . It’s kind of upsetting because they don’t have anything in order! & I went last week they had a mangu there and when I went today (a week later) they had the same mangu sitting there looking old as hell! It looked so dry and old ……. Like how do y’all run y’all business it’s upsetting just goes to show you what else can be old!!! ♀️
