We were expecting something so different but we were sooooo pleasantly surprised! Great atmosphere and our server took AMAZING care of us! The pizza’s were to die for and the appetizer we had the “BULL BRANCH” was worth the trip here by itself! I don’t get to come to Lynchburg much but we for sure will be back the next time I’m in the area!

I am so glad I finally made it over here! They have great nontraditional pizzas here with unique topping combinations. Of course, the traditional pizza is very good as well. We each ordered an “individual” pizza and had almost as much to take home as we ate, although we did get an appetizer. The spinach artichoke dip was great, by the way. They also have a great craft brew selection, including the best non-alcoholic beer selection I’ve ever seen. I was glad to be able to get a good IPA with no worries about driving my kids home.

I order from here occasionally because they have non-alcoholic beer and gluten free pizza. I think it’s probably a cool little joint, where you can hang out and have local beers and listen to good music, although parking might be limited (I have parking anxiety). They carry gluten-free pie, which is important to me.

Been going to Rivermont somewhat regularly since it opened. The pizzas are fantastic, but a bit pricey for the size. The beer menu is vast and always changing, the cellar has tons of take-home bottles of all different sorts, and the staff are always friendly and prompt. All around, one of the best places in town for food and drink.

Best pizza in LYH – hands down! The Ricky and the Wild Mushroom are staples in our family. When ordering takeout, I always get to RP a tad earlier than I need to so that I have time to grab a Natty Boh at the bar; the only place in LYH that stocks Natty Boh! Love this place & Ned’s!
