I’ve never had this bad of service or food in 15 plus years. We waited almost 1.5 hours for our food. My grilled haddock was extremely overcooked, dried out and rubbery. The baked potato was lukewarm and not cooked all the way. Our server took our order, bought us our drinks and then we didn’t see her again until our check came. My husband had to go up to the bar and get another beer. Not one person asked how our food was nor could take the time to say sorry our food was taking so long. When it came time to pay our bill…again no one asked how anything was…so I told them. And their response was oh okay. I asked to speak with management and his only response was yeah the kitchen was backed up and sorry about your food. Never offered to do anything to make it better. So basically we paid $16 each to eat part of a potato and a salad. Extremely disappointed and will never return.

Great outdoor seating right on the river staff was amazing food was great kinda hard to find but well worth it!!! Ignore old bad reviews they have new ownership and are very nice and welcoming to all look forward to making this part of all my visits in the area!

Worst service ever! Never going back.. was told I didn’t have glasses on in my ID so was asked to take them off and was still told it didn’t look like me but finally got served. Same happened to my fiancé. She was told she didn’t have to be served because it said under 21 on her license even though at the bottom it says under 21 tell so and so date. 0 out of 5 star.

We walked in with 12 people and were told we should have made a reservation. There was no one else eating. We proceeded to the bar and the bartender said she did not have the beer I wanted. I asked her what beer did they have she told me to go look at the cooler behind the bar. She was very rude. We waited for the waitress to order for a long time. The food was awful over cooked and not what we ordered. When one couple talked to the waitress she said in a rough voice what am I supposed to do. They just lost 12 patrons.
