Visited the pool side bar while on a day swimming pass and everything was great. They had servers coming around handing out waters, the bartender made great drinks, the pool was fun and the burger was juicy. Burger was a little over cooked hence the 4/5 stars but would definitely go back!

Don’t be fooled by the pictures. Tiny dinning hall. Only one server for 15 tables on a Saturday night. Food was good, not great. Definitely not worth $40+ a plate. Also, the first time I got my app and dinner BEFORE my drink from the bar. 10+ at the bar the whole time. Such opportunity here and wasted by poor staffing issues.

I just left this place and cannot say how rude the little lady who’s behind the outside bar is. I walked up stood there for over 5 minutes and she never acknowledged me until a whole group of other women walked up. Disgusted to say the least! I asked for a menu and she slammed the little plastic menu down on the bar top. I simply walked away without ordering and will never return. If I could give zero stars simply for the disrespectful service I would. Train your staff better!!!!!!! They never know who they might be serving.

Thank you River’s Edge for a wonderful experience! I have to be honest that the reviews had me pretty skeptical and I was worried what the outcome would be like. However, we got there for our reservation, were seated early and dinner was wonderful! Our server Linda was very kind and patient with my children and knew when to refill our drinks and just super attentive to us! It was a great start to our Mother’s Day weekend!

This hotel over charges for everything, from $75 a day for “incidentals”, including a daily parking fee even if you don’t have a vehicle. You’d think this would be a really nice resort but think again, you’ll enjoy sleepless nights due to the loudest drag strip in Tampa.. the main road next to the hotel. Lastly, this place used to be or still is owned by Sheraton, at least that’s who bills you, either way it’s dated, dirty, moldy, poor bed quality and the AC barely cools down your room. All in all, I would give it two stars but the front desk manager has the worst attitude for working in hospitality.
