The only thing good about this place is the service. I ordered French toast and bacon. The French toast had absolutely no flavor. There wasn’t any cinnamon, nutmeg nor any vanilla in it. Even the syrup did not have much flavor or sweetness to it. The bacon had a weird flavor that reminded me of jaw bacon. My mom went with me on this trip. Her hash browns were under cooked and she asked for a box so she could finish cooking them at home.

I ordered a stack of pancakes with a side of eggs. The eggs were fine, no complaint. The pancakes, however, were oddly dry—no amount of butter or syrup would make them more moist. A few bites (not all) tasted like onion. My pal later had some of my leftovers, and after a few bites suddenly noted, in surprise, the occasional onion taste. We think the griddle wasn’t cleaned well between orders.

Took my 3 year old out for breakfast and enjoyed my omelet (created my own), and my daughter got the kid’s Mickey Mouse pancakes, and they gave her eggs instead of bacon or sausage. She won’t eat either one. She enjoyed it also. Good atmosphere and decent service as well. Everyone was friendly.

The food and service here are great, and if you go home hungry it’s your own fault. I recommend the fried chicken, but a friend had the club sandwich that looked great. Lots of sides included with entrees. This kind of restaurant is hard to find these days, and that’s a shame because you will leave happy and full.

Ate here Friday night and the 3 pc Cod. Even tho the pieces looked like giant fish sticks, the pieces were tender, juicy and flavorful!! Woud definately order again……Ate here Saturday morning and had the farmers skillet. Again, hot, fresh and flavorful…..very nice place with great service!!
