I went to Riverside Pizza today to place an order for a large pepperoni pizza. The manager took a break from counting coins in the tip jar to taking my order. Upon completion of the order taking he went directly to a food station without washing his hands after handling coins. One of his staff members did the same thing and I inquired about the lack of hand washing before handling food items, only for him and the manager to wash for a few seconds with water only. Upon seeing this I immediately requested a refund based on what I saw and was given a full refund. I suggested to the manager about him and his staff practicing proper hand washing to which he only replied a nonchalant “ok”. Please be careful when eating food from this establishment, as they do not use gloves for food preparation and from register to prep station often.

We love Riverside. The pizza is always good and the price can’t be beat. Used to get PJ’s but they aren’t consistent with their pizza anymore. Riverside is consistent and friendly.

We ordered for m pick up. GF pizza was even stored in a separate warming oven. All of the pizzas were ready and hot. Friendly, Efficient employees and pizza was very good for the price.

Ordered a pizza, breadsticks and wings. Was told it would be 8 minutes and to pull forward into a parking spot. (I asked where to pull and he said down there) I parked in designated parking spot. Continued to watch cars order and leave. I’ve been here before and the pizza was brought to me at my car. After 25 minutes I pulled back up to the window and had to ask for my food. I asked what the proper procedure was and he said we should of came and told you your order was ready but the guy that took my order “must of forgotten” I’m not one for confrontation but my husband called the location and Frank was the absolute rudest to him on the phone. The Dacula Road location should be reprimanded for poor service. Do not recommend this place and we will never come back.

Maybe it’s my generation, but when calling an establishment to place an order, I don’t want to hear “whatcha orderin’?” Whatever happened to, “thank you for calling XYZ, how can I help you?” After placing a to-go order recently, not only did Miss “whatcha orderin'” get the order wrong, but when I went to pick it up, she rudely stated that “that’s what I heard, but ok.” The staff that particular day consisted of what looked like middle school students (didn’t look old enough to have a job) who were equally as immature and unprofessional as the “whatcha orderin'” “manager.” It’s truly sad that in these days and times a lot of businesses choose money over morals. Never had a problem with this location until that day. Very disappointing!

I decided to try this place, and let me tell you that I was surprised, for the price the pizza was very good, compared to domino’s pizza and little caesars, these are the best I’ve tried. The sandwich was delicious too. The only thing I didn’t like was the chicken wings .
