Food is good but this location is shady as hell. 8/5/23 at 7pm came in to grab a quick dinner. I always put cash in the tip jar and these dudes tried to tip themselves when they gave me my total. Sir that’s now how tipping works. Don’t let them turn the screen away from you. That’s when they tried to add it after doing Apple Pay. Save yourself the trouble and go to another location

Waited at least thirty minutes for my pizza, I had ordered one cheese pizza and a cheese bread, but they were too busy fighting and yelling at each other to serve me. This is unacceptable. I know this is a pizza place, but they could at least have some sort of professionalism. I have been ordering at this location for the past decade and I cannot recommend them to anyone out of good faith, they are not what they used to be simply put.

Terrible service the people here at 5:17 May 27th played hot potato hanging up the phone when I asked for a manger, after the third call someone who clearly wasn’t the store manager answers, was very rude and I know they wasn’t the store manager because they didn’t know what an operation manager was nor knew the store number. They gave me the phone number and address terrible service and can’t even make a spinach pizza. Stay away go to the sugarloaf location they have more respect.

Horrible service. These people have no gloves on, taking cash and touching food. There is no guidance at all. The cheesy bread was not cheesy AT ALL. IM SO OVER IT. No hair nets or hats, and one has dreads, and the other one is just simply nasty. Yes they’re all kids. Makes no sense. I will be coming back for my money.

Horrible experience! I called them to place an order they said it would take 15mins to get it ready and when I come in they didn’t had my food ready and they told me it will take 8 mins which I waited on my car and told them I’ll be in my car and come back and as soon as 8 mins were up. This guy with bluish died hair assumed that I left and he sold my order to someone else. They made me wait for another 15 mins. Unacceptable

Uber screwed my order up, but went back to get the rest of order. The manager Maxwell, was awesome. He made sure the Uber driver got the rest of my order delivered. I rarely appreciate his professionalism.

I’ve been coming here for months and once was a proud customer. But my last two visits have been terrible!!! Long waits, pizza and cinnamon bread burnt, teenage employees with bad customer service and on their phones as customers wait. My pizza was cold I sat there too long for cold pizza. So sad I won’t be returning.

The pizza taste good, but the customer service sucks! I placed an order over the phone, I came paid for the order and Max tells me I still have to wait 10 min.. which I did.. 30 mins later he gives me only half of the order and when I asked for my money back of the pizza I did not get, he gives me a nasty attitude and doesn’t even returns all my money back. I understand they may be short staffed but they should have the courtesy to let people know the order will take hours instead, you need to be polite and have good customer service skills to work in a place like this MAX DEFINITELY DOESNT HAVE THOSE SKILLS AND HE DOESNT LIKE HIS JOB, HE SHOULD QUIT AND GIVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO SOMEONE WHO WILL DO BETTER AT IT. Riverside Pizza may taste good , but if you don’t take good care of your customers you will loose a lot of money ! Which Max doesn’t seems to care about.
